Just by doing a cursory glance your friend has an unaspected Uranus, which could be why she idenitifes with her Sun traits so much. Here is a little info on it i got:

URANUS UNASPECTED: You are freethinking and rebellious; not in the sense of rebelling against, but in the sense of feeling free to experiment and to fly with new ideas. Also her Pisces stuff is 12th house and can be hidden from even her until she digs deep within herself to see that those parts of her exist and are true. Her True node is in Taurus and in the 1st house and 1st house planets- in my experience- affect the personality and looks of the native, so you may want to look at Taurus in the 1st house for more personality cues.

Mine is Sun Unaspected - I agree with a lot of it, but not all of it. Here for anyone who is interested ...

(possible, but I play it down due to NN in Leo, plus my Moon, Mars & Saturn in their natural Signs. My Unaspected Sun in the 5th even one more reason.)

(True! And my Chiron in Pisces makes wanting that goodness for the world even more important).
