I just read an interesting article about the 12th House, here: http://innerself.com/Astrology/12th_house.htm I was especially intrigued by this paragraph:
"I like to think of 12th-house planets as energies in waiting. In some respects, this house is not so much a place as a process, with planets here tagged for a special initiation. It begins with a crucial deprivation. In some way, the early environment won't support the expression of 12th-house energies. They may be stolen, denied, or shamed by our caretakers; somehow we get the message they're unsafe to express. With Mars in the 12th house, I may fear the expression of my competitive drive or try to deny my selfishness. With Pluto, I may be too embarrassed to reveal my passion, my sexuality, my personal power. With Mercury in the 12th, I may decide to keep my mouth shut. I have Pluto in the 12th.I have no idea how it manifests in my life/personality...I can say that it's my Asc's ruler and is in the House ruled by my Sun's sign, though.  IP: Logged |

i've got pluto in scorpio in 12th,12th house in libra,really don't understand the pluto in 12th house thingy.....is it a gift or a curse??all the interpretations i've read make it sound like the last line in spiderman...this my gift,it is my curse.......really don't understand  IP: Logged |

I don't have a pluto in 12th house I have pluto in the 3rd house in Libra. But in synastry with my boyfriend my pluto lands in his 12th house. I wonder if it has the same meanings as you all described above.IP: Logged | |
