Re: not returning feelings. When I was younger and I would have a crush on someone, I would always pick someone who was "unreachable" for me. Yes, generally someone "cool", the life of the party, the best athlete, whatever. Normally they never noticed. Sometimes they liked me in return. In those cases I quickly changed from being infatuated to being turned off. If they like ME then there must be something wrong with them!!! You musn't ever forget that geminis are VERY insecure! So while we're trying to let you know (in our unemotional wierd kinda way) that we really like you, we're pretty sure that you don't really like us. And if you do like us, there's a reason for it. The reason is either
a: we've shown you some part of our personality that we assume you like, but if you knew the real person deep down you wouldn't be so keen to be with us.
Or b: you want something from us--time or emotions that you are unable to get somewhere else, which would make you dependant upon us, closing off our other flight paths (geminis always know where the back door is!)
or c: if you've come to see the real person behind the gemini liveliness and you are able to get your emotional needs met somewhere else and you STILL want to be with us--there is something wrong with you!

LoL I know it's WRONG but that is the way we think! I STILL do not believe my husband (after 9 years of marriage!) that he finds me attractive and that he wants to do *umhum marriedpeoplestuff* with ME. It's more he wants to do that *marriedpeoplestuff* and I just happen to be the one he's married to, and so he has to take me, but if he could he would pick someone else. He'll never convince me otherwise, WHY would he, in his right mind, want ME?? Just as an example, I hope it's not TMI! lol

Anyways, just give him a bit of space, let him talk talk talk, and then just do your own thing. And don't think about what he says, I'm sure he hangs up the phone going "you moron, WHY did you SAY that???"

I agree...I said before in another thread that I am not swayed by words, we Gems know MUCH too well how to spin tales and put off people and please them with words, so we're actually quite suspicious of words. I Actually like men who are much more quiet and reserved, yet loving and loyal and caring through their actions not words, because that shows me something that is impressive!

I think that whenever someone has something bad to say about a Gem its because they dont understand us, they attribute it to our inherently evil nature, I would say we are more mischievous than evil, there is always that little kid with their hand in the cookie jar aspect running through the veins of every Gem I know. I like to act like a mischievous kid sometimes, not wreaking havoc, but teasing ppl, being sarcatic, funny, being a whirlwind of emotions. Its easy to villify people you don't understand.

Rarely do people question the motives of a Cancer or something. Not that I'm sayin the motives should be questioned , but just the opposite--that if those standards are applied to one sign they shud be to all. So its not acceptable to call Cancers evil, because they are just innocent emotional people who cry and are sensitive and mean well, but its ok to do that to Gems because we suck and are inherently evil and are Satans children and were sent on earth to hurt people?

But soon he just got used to it! In fact he started loving those weird little quirks of mine. He knew exactly how to handle them in fact, and I knew his heart broke to pieces when his parents arranged his marriage elsewhere!

Ive had horrible experiences with Aqua men...but I dont project my experiences onto all Aqua men, even though I personally abhor them, because I know there has to be some Aqua man out there who is wonderful and personifies the good aqua men traits. Its unfair to call them all bad because they were so with me!

How can ONE person, or even TWO or THREE represent an entire sun sign???? Does it logically make sense? I'll leave that answer up to you! What about if they had different weird moon, etc. placements or really bad aspects? Thats never taken into consideration! Just that they're Gemini, ok so theyre automatically bad now, stamped, put in the 'good fur nuthin' pile.

Nackie i think u put it well...i could not have explained better...strange how so very few gems can actually communicate what they feel and how they actually are...given also the fact that they keep changing their moods and opinions every now n then...lol...
but ppl remember u can train gems to love deeply n to b faithful...n we r fun ppl...so dont give up on us...
m in love with a leo for three years n i love him like crazy n i have no problems bout tellin him that...i can get very possesive..i give him space...he gives me mine...its perfect

Its just he could be rally upset about not finding work and thing going his way, and he needs the one person most closet to him to relive that anxiety

And if it means saying things to u, so be it.

But at the same time he needs you to relive that strees and rally likes being with u for being there to relive it.

I was sorta like that,

well a year ago i was, i took my anger on my mom since she told me to go to college close to home and that ended up costing me

a year and giving up my acceptance to another college,

for a entire year i took my anger on everyone in my family since they where the closest to me at the time.

I was very happy to see so many responses from all thee lovely Gemi's!!! Thank you thank you! You have no idea how much relief it gives me. I've been so anxious and worried, it's ridiculous! Your input calms my nerves a bit, I'm very grateful for the help.

Also, just for the record...I don't really understand what's going on with the "Gemini bashing"....I feel bad because I was just asking a question. I didn't mean to/want to start the negativity all over again. I adore all the Gems I know (and attract them often, lol)..I just get perplexed trying to figure them out and need some feedback. There are many wonderful Gems here!! I am just a Leo that feels a need to clarify that so you GEMS can feel the LOVE!!!!

Btw Sana I am OBSESSED with Leos, I think my life's best experiences ever are with them hehehe .... I really feel Leos complete us Gems and change us for the better! Leo men are just too adorable! Theyre mens men, but yet just perfect balance between practical and fiery. I think my ex Leo bf was surprised that I came to love him more than he ever loved himself! Which is sayin a lot for us two!

That might explain her fixation with Billy Bob (the blood in the necklaces and all that), I've noticed gem girls tend to get fixated on Leo men, like myself, although people think we're flirtatious, I have yet to see or hear of another person who was as obsessed as myself with my ex Leo, I loved him more than anyone can even imagine!

Ive also noticed that Gem girls tend to be attracted to older Leo men! It goes for me, it works in the Angelina example, does anyone have any for or against that?

Sana: That is something heheeh, hey can u give me some insight into Cappy moon? My bro is a Libra with Cappy moon and everyone is trying to save him from self destruction right now but he is not listening to anyone! (not that im implying youre that way hehe). Nackie, that is so sweet about your mum and dad!!....I think you're right about the Leo/Gem relationship. There's a spark. Something that clicks....at least your Cappy has a Gem ASC....aww, I have a Taurus Moon too, hehe!

I have another question about my Gem, you think you gals (and/or guys) could help me out again?? See, my Gem seems to have jealousy issues...he told me he gets really jealous when I talk about other guys and he said it's never happened before, EVER. He's freaking himself out, LOL! He is also very casual about emotions, but he says it's different w/me and he wants to be a better person for me/because of me... *sigh*

SG i somehow feel my cappi moon keeps my gemini sun disciplined. but my cappi moon is in the third house so it gets all complicated..there was a time 2 years back wen i was in the self destructive mode n it took my leonine all the strength n patience he cud muster to pull me out..but thank god he dint give up on me..they love challenges dont they?anyways SG hope u can help ur bro see the light...

1). Mr. Gemini seems to tease me quite often. Why is this? Is it just him or is it a playful Gem thang?

2). Mr. Gem says he doesn't like to dress up and look nice, it makes him feel weird (but he cleans up very nicely!) Why wouldn't he want to show himself off? Insecurity perhaps? Being a Leo, I love to get all dolled up to go out on the town (dance clubs, weddings, ect.) It's fun for me. And I love being proud of whoever I am with and showing them off as well. It seems me and the Gem clash with this. It's kinda disappointing.

Thee Gem seems to have a "thing" for latin women (EX: Salma Hayek) well....I am not latin, LOL...this makes me feel a bit uneasy and inadequate in a way. I think, 'well, why do you want to be w/me then?' My Leo-self (along w/my Virgo influence) wants to be as perfect and fabulous as I can be for someone I'm with and...I can't be a hot latin/brazilian chick..so now I'm depressed, lol.....sigh...sorry to ramble.
