the moon square saturn aspect is actually one my friend gordon has. it's not an easy aspect. i have venus square saturn exact and i think what it comes down to in me is a tendency to think myself undesirable as a partner, or not worthy. people w/ moon sq. saturn often dont think their feelings are good enough, they often doubt themselves and their worth. they are easily depressed. of course this square could express itself in a variety of ways given the signs/houses involved.
