Fellow Virgos! I saw something about this posted on another board and was amazed at the amount of responses saying yes...any other Virgos on here noticing that in the past week they've had headaches throughout the week? Mine is particularly nasty tonight. I NEVER get headaches and the past week I have had them on and off!

I often have headaches but they are usually related to my allergies from my sinuses. The rest of the time they are stress related, when i get overwhelmed or really tired. I think in general with virgos it's the stress that does i, typically we don't deal with stress to well.

What Suzyque said ...When spring comes around I have serious sinus headaches ... The weather is changing also, so that could be it ... But Virgos in general stress about everything and are hypochondriacs ...lol

NM, your posts are always so interesting! ha! Even if completely off-topic, you non-virgo, you!

I don't get headaches often, but when I do, they're bad. Recently I've been having more stomach/indigestion/middle region problems generally! Not that anyone needed to know that! I'll go too....

yes, i have had wicked headaches for the past week....i just shrugged it off, figuring it was because i have had the most stressful week of the past 3 months.

plus, i am trying to eliminate bad stuff from my diet, and that can cause reactions.

interesting...

TMNF…yes I am “interesting” in a freakish way.
So that’s why children love me - but don’t worry, I don’t look like a freak…I just think like one

I think there must be something going on this week for virgos because now that i think of it i have been majorly stressed out and miserable the past few days and prior to that it was slowly building, so there has to be a transit of some sort that is at work. I am going to look into it and i will report back what i find.

Despite that Mars rules the head...I wonder if us Virgos (Geminis too maybe?) are feeling the buildup to Mercury's Retrograde that starts on Saturday. Yuck!

Nutritional suggestion to the Mercury-ruled -

Check into proper "food combining". In case anyone doesn't know that that means, it's organizing your meals based on which foods you eat together. It is important if you want to stay alert and relaxed. Keeping this in mind, your body will absorb more nutrients from the food, your body uses less energy for simply digestion, and you will have more energy.

Examples are, do not eat meat with baked potato. Eat meat with vegatables or whole grains. Eat your fruit alone, unless you eat it for breakfast in which you will want to accompany with fiber, like rolling oats or granola. Really simple with minor adjustments, but making a huge difference.

Also, the foods which give me the worst headaches from hell have a lot of preservatives, like your average hotdog or sausage product. I rarely get headaches, I've learned to avoid a lot of what can bring them on. One way to tell if something you buy has a lot of preservatives is if there is a very high sodium content.

And get massages on your face, head, neck & shoulders!!! Use aromatherapy, like Lavender for calm. Light candles, play softer music. Get rid of clutter and paint your walls a soothing color. Keep the TV out of the room you sleep in. Stop smoking.

Just some practical steps I've taken which have worked for me.

I'm a Virgo and I am one of those unfortunate folks that suffers migraine headaches year round. And last week I had a marathon of a killer migraine that lasted for days. Ugh. And before that I had the flu. And as I'm a chronic allergy sufferer, my doctor told me that with allergy season upon us, it's just going to get worse for me. Oh joy.
