Here is another clue
What is the Ruler of the Ascendant Sign?
Example, Sag Rising is Jupiter, Jupiter is in Virgo/10th house. Your Ascendant has shades of Capricorn and Virgo,What is the ruler of your ascendant, the planet? and what is the sign and house in your chart?
Do these influence you physically?
I have a lot in common with Virgo and Capricorn risings-physically at least. Natasha

Ascendant is Aries, ruler of Aries is Mars, Mars is in Aries in the twelfth house. My ascendant is already Aries, so it has shades of Pisces, cool.
Does this influence me physically, well my Sun is already Pisces…hmmmm, I don’t think I count

I have Taurus Rising, so ruler is Venus, which is in my 5th house in Virgo. So mine has shades of Virgo and Leo...I already am a Virgo wheee! Leo...Physically? They have a lot of hair right...on their head I mean  mine is really really thick and slightly curly/wavy. I also read thick eyebrows, which I have. IP: Logged |

I'm loving these questions as they are getting me to really *think* about astrology, and challenging my little knowledge!Well..My Asc is Leo, so the Sun is the ruler of that, right?
My Sun is in Aqua and its in my 6th house. I kind of look like a Leo ( a lioness). I have golden flecks in my eyes, and I have a lot of hair! IP: Logged |

Hi Natasha, how are you?The ruler of my Ascendant is Pluto and he is in the 10th in Libra, so I have shades of Libra and Capricorn with my Scorpio Ascendant? Not sure what that would mean....

Hmm, my ASC is Virgo and Merc is in the 10th sooo....hmmm. I don't look Cappish, and only a little Virgoan. Pensive, deep set eyes, thin lips, unflattering nose (as often is the curse of Virgo Rising...except Madonna and Kurt Cobain...damn them both), and that pale, transculent Virgo complexion. I look more Piscean than anything really. Grey-blue eyes, heart-shape face, freckles, thick wavy dark hair, hourglass figure, shortish with shortish arms and nicely shaped feet. Do I have a lot in common with Caps? No, not really. I am perhaps more coldly rational, cautiously skeptical, and aloof in demeanor than your average Gem, but other than that, nah. IP: Logged |

I think the 10th house or Saturn rising says something about heavier, stronger features? I certainly have an unflattering nose, and GN that's not Madonna's original nose.
The 10th can be pessimistic about looks, I find I have to take excellent care of my appearance or I just don't care-it's one or the other.Swerve Hi,

that is a well thought out and valid point you're making here.Sag rising here, Jupiter ruling, in the 12th and in Sag.
For someone who only has Neptune in a water sign and absolutely NO pisces in their chart I am very Jupiter in Pisces in that Pisces co-rules Jupiter so a lot of their wisdom (jupiter)is faith (pisces) as for looks, sag all the way, just don't look under my pony tail IP: Logged |

Hey people,
Scorpio rising,ruler  luto,pluto in 12th in scorpio,mars in cancer in 8th.dont have too many scorpionic chars looks wise except that one girl in my class says that when I look at her in a deep way she feels sort of scared,I dont have curly hair,I'm not short,I'm 6'3..........maybe it's my saturn conj asc....but thats supposed to make me serious and adult like,but everyone describes be as kiddish.... and cute...oh well........IP: Logged |

My rising is Leo. Leo ruled by the Sun. Sun is in Scorpio in the 3rd. Therefore my outside appearance is ruled by Leo, Scorpio and Gemini.I have curly hair and thick eyebrows like a Leo, the Scorpio eyes, and Gemini eyesight (need glasses), incredibly thin skin (my excema is untreatable by drugs) and a short trunk and long legs. Wait up, do you mean, say that my ascendant is aqua, aqua rules the 11th house, saggitarius is in 11th, or do you mean aqua ascendant, uranus is in capricorn, capricorn is in the 12th house??

I am: Aquarius Rising, with ruler Uranus in Virgo / 7th House. So my Ascendant has shades of Virgo and Libra. Hmmmm...interesting.
..So yeah I suppose that physically I am a rather weird combo of Aquarius, Virgo & Libra. Although unfortunately I don't have the famous Libra dimples. :P IP: Logged |

My Rising Sign is Capricorn...and Saturn is exalted in Libra--which is good....but it's in the 8th House--that's a tuff break.
I am cautious until I get comfortable with a person...and I guess the Libra placement causes me to relate to people very well...8th House? hmmmm, maybe too suspicious--but then I'm a Scorp!(Sun)
But anyway...I get along well with Libras...have Neptune there too--and it seems I tend to have karmic relationships with Libras!IP: Logged |

Asc. is libra, ruler is Venus, Venus is in the seventh house (ruled by Libra), seventh house is Aries. So I guess my appearance is Libra, Libra and Aries--double Libra and somewhat Aries. dammit why dont I have the Libran dimples, I would have killed for those! I do find I make a very very strongly favorable first impact on people, I have had guys I dont know kiss me and pinch me, (eww), but its more a curse than a blessing believe me, mostly because its so hard to live up to that awesome first impression! gah! Natasha, I haven't being keeping up with the Material girl nowadays, so she may have had a nose job as of late, but the nose she was sporting around int he 80's was defintiely the same nose she had in her high school pics that were being printed in all the magazines at the time. I did grow up among throngs of Madonna wannabes, so I was readily exposed to this. Since scores of women have resented her for how attractive she is, she's been accused of everything from lipo to boob jobs to nose jobs, and she's admitted to having something "fake" about her, but not those things. But aside from bleaching her skin, dying her hair, and maybe a facelift sometime in the 90's (and now, regular botox) I doubt she has needed much work...although a boob lift after Rocco wouldn't surprise me. And god, if she did anything, you'd think she'd do something about that gap between her front teeth. In fact, astrologers seem to want to deny she's a virgo rising (but she is) and make her out to be one of the more attractive ASCs, like Leo (which was Marilyn Monroe's and John Lennon's ASC) or Libra. I don't know it's under awful, it looks good, she just did the bridge. I do like her work ethic yes I agree on virgo ascendant too, it makes her sixth house ruler Uranus in Leo/12th house. That suits her. My goodness, what a lot of Leo Ascendents we have reporting in! Chalk up another. Libra Sun in III. I have what I have been told is the typical tawny, curly, thick Leo mane and unruly eyebrows (at least they're blondish). One of my (Leo!) boyfriends once told me I walked like a cat. One of my nicknames at work is Kat. People call me "Sunshine", I think partly because of my disposition and partly the blond look. This is the first I've heard about poor vision and thin skin being a Gemini trait (Sun in the house ruled by Gem)...but I've had glasses since 4th grade, and I've had psoriasis since I was 22.
