I'd think it would be so too... Gemini and Libra are supposed to be very compatible, so I would imagine that having mars in these signs would mean that the energies of the two individuals work well together as well.
Since both are air signs, would this mean that most energy would be expended in a verbal/cerebral fashion rather than physically? Not laziness, but just a trend towards more mental activity?

I am mars in Libra ,my sister is mars in Gemini(sun in Taurus), a friend of mine allso has mars in gemini(sun in Taurus).The great thing about this compatibility is the sensible arguments we have.Mars in gemini is quick with words while Libra mars is charming and persuasive in arguments.Normaly sparks fly between these two people upon immediately meeting.Mars in aquarius is equaly as entertaining but slow to be noticed by both mars in gemini and mars in librans.
