Not always, or usually for that matter, but it is a fun little game I like to play. guessing signs.

I know there are books and whatnot that goes into this, but I'm interested in personal impressions.

My Leo mother has dried out, frizzy golden blond hair. it's a wicked mane.

And another Leo friend, a natural redhead, has this crazy hair that reminds me of doctor emmitt brown (ya know, from back to the future)

and Taurus seems to really look like a bull, at least the 3 I'm thinking of. One is my 6 month old daughter. She's Taurus rising, and is stocky as can be. her feet like little hoofs.

Yep I’m a Pisces *sigh* in my next life I shall be a Virgo/Taurus/Capricorn.

When I said Scorpio phase I was thinking of what Linda said, which I think is spot on.

hot_ice!!! I totally know what you mean- Ok, well, I know one Scorpio rising guy who (funnily enough) is short with dark, curly hair! He looks like a hobbit!
But I know another who seems exactly like you- tall with straight hair! The thing that nearly all Scorpio ascendants have is a kind of 'hooded' brow. I don't mean the eyebrows, I mean, that their forehead above the eyes and their noses form a prominent t-shape. They can have a very dark and swarthy look about them, hell, even if they're not dark!

Can anyone tell me what a Virgo is supposed to look like? Ironically enough, the last sign I ever guess of people is my own sign! Actually most people I know have trouble spotting Virgos. We're very illusive

I'm extremely curvy and feminine looking. Symetrical features, long hair, small waist, big hips, etc.

An old frind of mine, a Scorpio. Male, probably 5 and a half feet tall, chubby round face, dark hair. at 30 he looked like a kid.

I guess the best way to describe my figure is 'pert'... small waist, round but high bum, skinny legs with rather defined calves and thighs, small bones, (tiny wrists, get them from my mum) round chipmunk cheeks, a rather soft looking face, I guess. I'm not all chisely in the face; everything is just rounded. Small, perky tatahs, longish arms. Facial feature wise, I'm pretty sure my eyes scream Aquarius (my sun) as they are sort of lofty looking and blue. I kind of have Leo hair.. I like it to be shiny and long and I hate wearing it pulled back. My movements give away my ASC, I'm always on the go, rather sporadic and can't sit still. Quick movements keep me pretty fit. Also, having 11th house Merc and Mars gives away my flightyness and tendency towards the unusual.

Overall, if you met me, you could probably guess my sign...

Was it perchance Artemis?

Artemis was the Goddess of the Hunt. She had 50 hounds and 50 Dreiads (wood nymphs) and a quiver full of painless silver arrows. She was the daughter of Zeus and Leto as well as being last of the Three Maiden Goddesses. She was also a part of the Triple Goddess. The Triple Goddess was the Moon in three forms. Artemis didn't carry the moon across the sky, yet she was still known as the moon. Although she was stunningly beautiful, she was very cold and she swore never to marry. She had only one love, a hunter named Orion (and even that's debatable). She was the Protector of Young Women.
