Topic: Is this strange for a Scorpio?

This morning a friend of mine phoned me and asked if I wanted to go with him to fetch his (and mine) graduation photos. I couldn't as I was busy today.
Anyway, I hardly know him but I met him at college last year and we have become somewhat of friends. He is a SCORPIO.
So i am wondering why he asked me as nobody I can recall has ever done something like that for me. Is it just becuase he is being considerate or is it a trait with Scorpios?IP: Logged |

Yes everyone, there are quiet and shy acting Scorpios! Without knowing more, I would venture to guess, that he wanted to find a way to see you under non-dating "safe"circumstances, so he could decide if he wants to know you better.IP: Logged |

You mean "Yang" means man?(Obviously kidding, I know you're a guy) He likes you. He is a friend wanting to do something for a friend.
I do that crap all the time.. there is no question to it.... why question generosity?
If we respect someone ( anyone, not just scorpios, we as humans, I should hope) then we do things with and for them..
Why are you concerned or suspicious of someone reaching out?

I really like him as a friend. There is nothing to make me feel uneasy. it is just that you have to be aware of people irrespective of thier sign so that you don't get hurt in the end-either physically or emotionallyIP: Logged |

Yang...yes,,people can hurt us emotionally and physically. But you aren't wondering about people in general are you? Isn't this about this specific person? Even friendships
in the early stages can make us want to proceed with caution. The way he tried to connect with you, at least to me, indicates that he wants to know you a little better under circumstances that allow you both to talk without feeling like you are entering each other's personal space(home,apartment), too soon. I like to scope out people of either sex before letting them into my "space". Scorpios can be very private people and take their time before giving their trust.IP: Logged |

Well I have been inside his house but the one thing that I noticed was that he didn't show me his bedroom-I didn't ask as I thought I would be invading his privacy.I am having a small party here at my house tomorrow evening and he is coming so i will see how it goes IP: Logged |

Excellent!  That is perfect! Just remember, if he is like many Scorpios, if he should during the party want to only talk to you, or asks to speak to you a few moments privately, don't be surprised. That is often normal for a Scorpio.IP: Logged |

When I read the post before I didn't reply since I was also thinking Guy- Yang means guy and then fate.m post made sense if you were a girl.I guess now many would remember your gender.;-)Being a Scorpio I can say there can be 2 possibilities and it can be related how were you to him before.while you were in college.Totally with that. 1) There can be one possibilty i.e When I was in my college I used to hate one of my galfriend although we never fought or had any problems. Now I am still interested to know what's happening in her life and maybe I just want to meet and know her life.Maybe tell her that I have got a wonderful life now and my life doesn't suck any more.Just want to show that I am smarter.I would n't think of doing anyhting bad to her.
Anyhow if you have catched his attention or made him curios then he just wants to know more about you and it can be related any hidden agenda.
I know Scorpio man he would do things differently just to know how people gets ticked. Well, it's just fun for him to analyze things. I think you would know more but I think if you were not bad to him then don't be afraid. 2 ) In the past if you were good to him then he is just being nice.He thinks it's woth it.Take it as a Compliment.Wanna be good friends with that Scorp ? then Go ahead and don't worry. Just wanted to put my two cents worth.lol
Maybe you said or did something that made him think "Hey, this person seems like a pretty cool human being and I'd like to get to know him better?"
Maybe he feels there's a connection there?
I don't mean sexual but just a mental compatibility?
Anyway, I'm sure you'll find out soon enough with your party!

Well what a strange twist in events!Today he phones and asks me if he can come over now. I said that is fine thinking he will be staying too for the party.So he arrives and stays for awhile. We chat and chat. I asked him if he is staying for the party. He says no. So I ask why? So he tells me why and he said that his mother didn't mentioned that the family had to go to a braai (bbq)and he can't get out of it. I accept. But anyway we chat and chat then out of the blue he tells me a dream he had last night. He said that in it he was killing someone by bashing his( the person he was killing) head against the wall. However the person didn't die. I said jokingly that you are a violent person-he just laughs. I am a Libra ( with Leo rising) IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio, and if I were to JUST LAUGH in response to a weird question it could mean two things: Best case, I felt stupid or whatever for telling you my dream, and worst case (I wouldn't act on such a dream, but he might) what if he's got some deranged ideas?
Was he warning you about himself, or just needing some feedback on his dream? Did he seem like it was disturbing to him or did he get a glint in his eye that could indicate"he ENJOYED it?!!!!! Please be careful!!!!!!  IP: Logged |

I bet he likes you a lot... He wants to trust you… He picked you among dozens of others… You must be pretty special!!! When Scorps have their pick it’s usually because they have studied you for long enough to decide you are worthy or because they sense you are… Their intuition hardly fails… He knows you are special and wants to get involved with you… I’d consider that an honour… I always take it that way when I’m chosen by a Scorpio …He’s opening up to you… Treat that gesture with respect and you will probably find an honest soul ready to give you a lot of things… I wouldn’t be surprised, they are genuinely generous when they want someone… Careful because sometimes their passion for loved ones is overwhelming… and never forget to keep an eye on his poisonous sting… A friendship like that is worth the risk… PS – I wouldn’t worry about the dream… It’s just a dream… He may have wanted to see your reaction… They do have a dark side but it doesn’t necessarily mean they are dangerous… They see death and sex much more naturally than most… That doesn’t mean they are killers or perverts… Trust your intuition… Do you think he is a good person? I have a Gemini friend who once told us about a dream she had where she was squashing a baby in a bookcase! Of course, being a Gemini, she said it in such a funny way that we couldn't help laughing even if she is a crazy, possible psychopath!
Scorpios often have wierd dreams... it doesn't mean he's a murderer! lolIf he's making such an effort to talk to you.. on personal experience, with you being a Libra and him a Scorp.. I'd guess he really likes you and possibly can't stop thinking about you... but then the example I'm thinking of was more of a hetrosexual teenage crush/infatuation, but then, you never know! Being a Scorpio myself, I wonder if he was testing you...to see if you'd freak out. I do that sometimes if I'm trying to get to know someone in person. I am not interested in shallow friendships. Not with the ones who I have let into what some may call my strange world. Hmmmmmm....actually some do call it that.....But I would still like to know what his emotional state was when he told you his dream. And was the dream set in these times or past/future? Did he recognize anyone in his dream? Did he see himself, like a movie, or feel himself? And, yes, your vibes. Do you get them, and what do you sense?
