I woke up today with a debilitating headache.
(Doesn't bode well, to wake up with a headache.. the day already doesn't look like a good one)
But of course, life must go on as usual..
But everythinbg looks funny, I am shaking and almost wanting to vomit. I guess it's a migraine.
The coming eclipse will be in my sign, at the degree of my Sun....and also conjuncting Mars/Uranus etc...
Could the energy be hitting me so grandly that it manifests in such a horrendous way?
Other mental things are happening too, but this is physical. I don't like it.
What do you think?

Oh poopie.
I am actually NOT GLAD that I can relate, normally I like the threads of connection.. but in this case, I don't want anyone else to feel like this.
I am functioning though.. a sort of wierd mental calmness despite the body struggle.
You are early November, right? I am the 28th October. Hmmmm... something wonky going on.

Thank You Marcia .

well I have a doctor's appointment in a few hours anyhow, so just in case it's not just the eclipse and all, I'll have him check me out. After that stroke last year, I don't want to take any chances, and besides, I feel terrible. Hope everyone gets to feeling better soon.

Sorry to hear about the migraines folks, but I think it's food/environment as much as any starry influences.
I used to have TERRIBLE debilitating all-day migraines that I would have to take strong pain meds to knock out. When I quit eating from the highly-processed grains and dairy categories, my migraines went away. I haven't had one in a year!
Doesn't Aries rule the head? Pix, fayte, anything transiting Aries for you and making squares or opps?
You could also try reflexology. The big toe represents the head -- massage it. Hope you gals feel better soon.....

Hmm.. thanks.

tMercury in Aries is opposed my Natal Merc.. though not by degree.... tMars is in Aquarius right now..... my Descendant... it doesn't really contact much.. it sextiles my nVenus and nNeptune...
Hmm..
I have had sugar recently, after I didn't have any for a while.....
Maybe that's it.
But I am (still) on the menses!!! I deserve sugar!
*that's my problem, I reward myself for stooopid things...
But I guess my head pays.
Other than the treats, I eat well..... if I eat carb stuff, it is only whole grain, not refined and bleached and stuff....

Azalaksh...I am feeling so crappy that I plain forgot about the refexology! Duh!... Something I usually do for my various ailments to aleviate pain and other symptoms! but,my head hurts=can't think clearly. I'll have to ask my astrologer friend about my chart etc.., she owes me for a couple of psychic jobs, so it's a good time to ask her.

Of course, a purdy lady was in the ad....
I always thought it was the web between the thumb and forefinger, but nup... it is the big toe and second toe web.

Pix, you are a hoot!
Another acupressure thing you can do is find the groove under your eyebrow about 1/2" west (earwards) of the bridge of your nose. Press the grooves (one above each eye) for ten seconds and release. Rinse. Repeat.

Oh, blueman, I'm sorry.

That sucks.
Here's a
Not that it makes it better, but it feels good.
I suffered from them when I was a young teenager.. went on barbituates and everything.. then I got creative with them.. so I was banned from using them.
But I am no stranger to headaches, I try to ignore them though... but this one was hell. I feel better now, it got better as the day went on.. I am now going on a date with hubs.
And then out to drink for a few hours.
I work in the morning though, so pooey.
Have a good friday night, other than your horrid news.

I have migraines too...I think anything that messes with the constriction/expansion of the blood vessels in your brain can cause them--this includes sudden changes in temperature, caffeine, alcohol, ciggarates, basically everything fun

Speaking of headaches I just bashed my head on the corner of a library table and it bled everywhere...only a sadge can injure themselves that severely in a library!!!

Enjoy your evening! =)

Pixie -

I think ultimately, like you said, this Transit is going to force you to take things more easy ...

Yesterday and today, I woke up and sustained very uncharacteristic headaches, until I took care of it ...

(how you ask? - hee hee)

Anyone here ever tried this?

https://www.purpleplates.com/magic_plates.htm

quote:
THE MAGIC OF TESLA'S PURPLE ENERGY PLATES

Imagine owning an object that had the power to change for better the water you drink, the food you eat and even the people you know? It sounds like a plot for a science fiction movie, but there have been some incredible claims and results in conjunction with Purple Energy Plates, sometimes called Purple Harmony Plates, in recent years. Although the Tesla- inspired plates have been used for over 28 years they are just now gaining recognition due to the New Age era of miracles and spirituality. The violet colored plates are said to emit positive energy and affect certain objects placed on them. They range in size from 1" to the large 12" X 12".

"All matter comes from a primary substance, the luminiferous ether," stated Nikola Tesla. He sensed the universe was "composed of a symphony of alternating currents with the harmonies played on a vast range of octaves," wrote Margaret Cheney. "To explore the whole range of electrical vibration, he sensed, would bring him closer to an understanding of the cosmic symphony." (From Tesla- Man Out of Time.) Tesla understood that the cosmic symphony is resonance. Nothing exists in the Universe that does not have harmonic vibration. In realizing this Tesla influenced the production of personal oscillators that vibrate in tune with "the luminiferous ether."

Thus, the creation of Purple Energy Plates.

Small Plate: placed on forehead to alleviate headache pain, on joints to alleviate gout and arthritis pain, on burns to alleviate pain and prevent blistering and scaring, on cuts to alleviate pain and often to help the cut close and heal while reducing chances of scaring, on stomach to stop nausea, placed on the forehead on awaking in the morning to help remember dreams, placed on the forehead to promote deeper meditation when meditating in the prone position. Also used to purify water by the glassful, simply place the glass of water on the plate for 3-5 minutes. Carried in pocket or purse to reduce stress and fatigue in day to day living.

Linda wrote about these in Star Signs. I just ordered one.....

I awoke today with another horrid headache.
Granted, I did drink last night.. but not much, and it was the same headache I'd woken up with on Friday.. I felt shaky and nauseous... I got ready for work, and was just about ready to leave, even though I did it through horid pain, and then I hugged the toilet for a little while, and thought "If now isn't the time for a sick day, I don't know when the time is..."
So I called in.
I think it was a bad move, but a necessary one.. I just got back some hours, after talking with my boss about it, but it has been raining like crazy here as well, so barometric pressure perhaps as well....
My daughter woke early too, with an earache, and then she has been vomitting today.. she's sick, poor bear.
We've have a rough month for sickness. I hope it will be over soon.

Blue~ Stop hitting your head and bleeding. It's unbecoming.

A.J~ I can only imagine your cure..... I hope you had fun...

zala~ I have decided that You are an angel.
And I love you.

nice, Azalaksh.. I just got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. So far, tap water indeed tastes better. And I am experimenting with wearing the small disc for more energy and using the larger rectangle one to charge things. everything I can think of. you'll have to keep us posted on your "findings" with them

My BF has been having really bad headaches too, We aren't sure if it's eclipse caused or otherwise. been real bad for about a week.

Pixlz ... greetings in return to thy hello in
another .. posting

headaches 'n eclipses
well i've had migrains since childhhod
nothing takes the pain away .. type
connected to sinus probs methinks ... however
they seem to be connected to air pressure
i.e high 'n low weather fronts .. 'n here is a possible
astro connection .. i came accross someone who used
the path of Mars over the earths surface to predict
stormy weather .. and it worked

i took to drinking Kombucha 'n popping Echnacea tabs
.. has helped with the headaches
re: the weather .. i've lived in a few diff countries but
for weather the uk is by far the strangest .. weatherwise
'n headache wise

Pix ~

I have decided that you are an too -- {{Loves & Hugs}} back atcha!

Sounds to me like you've got a free-roaming virus loose in your house. That could be (part of) what's causing problems in the noggins of the female species in your environs.....

Ya know, I've got nothing in the 6th house, presided over by the lonely Water Bearer (but at least Uranus is home in XI). Wonder what makes me want to help everybody feel better? Well, anyway, I do. And if what I've read and tried and shared helps even just one person, then I'm a happy camper!

Hey Peeps ~
Got my Purple plate and discs in the mail today! I put the big plate under my water filtration pitcher and I'm taking the small plate to put under my pillow.
Will report back on H2O & dreams!
