A Cancer guy I know said this last night:

"My heart ultimately longs to be in love but I haven't ever really experienced it and who knows if I ever will."

I just melted with sympathy. This made me so sad and I like him so much but feel so sorry for him. Is this a genuine Cancer idea about love, is he just unlucky or is he trying to get sympathy?

Thanks
Mutable xx

Hi Force! As a Moonchild, I understand the constant longing for love, and seeking a love that is PERFECT, which I know is not really possible. Nothing is Perfect! Also, moody moonchildren can change there minds about things with the ebb and flow of the moon. HE may not feel that way today.

Cancers usually sound as if they'e trying to get sympathy, but they really aren't. They just "feel".

BlueMoon, you're a Cancer?

Are you clingy?

Hmmm, well maybe we should just come to eachother for advice, since I'm a Leo and I have a "thing" with a Cancer guy
BTW, I told him about that b1tch (he forced it out of me lol) and he was so sweet and understanding about it.

I'm looking in soul unions archives, if I see anything Leo/Cancer, I'll post it

I did a simple personality test before and it turned out to describe my CANCER ascendant pretty good. Here it goes:

Quiet and reserved, your looks and personality bring everyone running. Even though you'd rather be left alone at times, you're always surronded by admirers.
You do hold a place in your heart for that "special someone", but for now...
... Well, you'd rather keep quiet about it!

I think that pretty much describes MOON babies. Hope it helps

I'm always attracted to Cancers, and I would think that you'd be hard pressed to find one that has never known love for themselves particularly as they get older. Everything I've read says that Cancers aren't above emotional manipulation, so I would say that it's at least a possibility. Also, every Cancer I've known likes to put on a strong face after a break up, so I don't think it would be far fetched to imagine a Cancer trying to deny ever having felt as strongly as they had for a former lover.

That's my two cents.
