Last night, we went to a gig to see a band we like. Most of the entire night she was really stoney and icey (her Gem moon?) plus, she seemed extremely bitter and sarky. She was just generally a bit of a grumpy cow. Now I do love my friend, and I spent the whole night trying to be *nice*. But then to top it off is suddenly the way I've noticed she is with boys!

Whenever she is talking to a guy, the Scorpio side of her just takes over! She becomes Miss Super-cool I'm so sexy ice-maiden. She just looks them directly in the eye the whole time, stays really cool, flirts but somehow stays the powerful one in the conversation too. It was realllly annoying me. Guys were just hooked on her every word, drawn to her, completely ***** whipped and she WASN'T EVEN BLOODY DOING ANYTHING! It's not like she was being all "Hehehe" and she's not outstandingly gorgeous (Not unattractive though).
It really got to me somehow. Plus, she was just generally being a b*tch, just cos she has connections, everyone was all "Oh, I've heard so much about you!" and she's just like *yawn* "Yes, everyone adore me!"

I wanted to slap her! Infact, I think I did. But that's not the point. When she's being pushy, bitter, egotistical and overly-sarky I just can't stand her and she's getting more and more like it all the time.

I have to stop now, I'm ranting...

The way you described your friend reminds me so much of my other scorpio friend also. When we go out to clubs she starts hooking up with guys when she has a boyfriend she has been with for 3 years. He is a cappy.

She gets all possessive with him. For what reason? I don't know. She's the one who roams. She even sleeps with men who are taken. If you tell her something she just shrugs her shoulders and doesn't care.

I checked her chart. She'd basically be unfaithful all her life, along with my other scorp friends.

I am curious to know what other people's experiences are with scorps, whether it be romantic or just friends.

You guys are so in for a thwacking Darn it! It would have been more painful in BlueRoamer was doing it.

Humans are very complex, we are all so different it’s near impossible to imagine - besides, the world would be really boring if we were all the same. I guess what I’m trying to say is…if you dislike someone ( even slightly ) it’s not fair to connect their “flaws” on their sign. Just like it’s not fair to connect it on their class, background, appearance, gender, colour, sexuality…I could go on forever.

Humans are responsible for themselves, we are not ambassadors for our signs. God help all Pisceans if I represent them

I have a cardinal sign rising and it’s SO annoying being with girls that try to outshine me. Although I don’t think it’s ever happened lol. But you have your Ascendant and Moon in cardinal signs. So it must p*** you off.

You’re friend isn’t gorgeous so there’s no real challenge. Work with what you have and shine…just don’t do anything illegal or degrading lol. Virgo Sun, Aries Moon and Capricorn rising right? You have a lot of potential, and those three are killers. Be yourself and do what feels right

What's with all this 'don't generalise' thing going on at the moment????
Astrology is partly about generalising and accurate astrology is usually bloody right!!! You can't say well, most Ariens (for example) are like this blah blah but some aren't, on the other hand they might be sort of in between.. because it just makes a mockery of the whole thing!
There are good and bad points to every sign, but then nobody likes hearing bad stuff about themselves... HOWEVER, when people on this site get really offended it's probably just because some people are making really absurd generalisations... stuff that's not nice and just isn't true... but ON THE OTHER HAND (for someone with no Libran in my chart, I say this a hell of a lot) there is no need to freak out at the slightest bad comment made about someone who just happens to be a certain sign!

Everyone's being such pansies about this.Shut up. All of you. Rise above it.

no more stupid generalizing just cuz youre mad at someone and choose to take it out on their sign- if you dont like them, dont hang around them.

PS: And just because you dont like the trait dont brandish it as being wrong/bad, who are you to judge.

haha! how is that possible ? well im a gemini....so obviously u ALL convinced me right there. now wait till i confuse u all with my not so logical logic. haha.

well i do believe in generalization, assumptions, etc. without it nothing would be possible. we do everything based on assumptions. we deal with everyone based on generalizations. without them there would be no structure, no predictability, no such thing as a system, a country, a people, nothing! dont call me a woman, ur generalizing humans with boobs and a vagina! call me a 'different human'

On the other hand, if the comments get unreasonable and derogatory, i see that there is a reason to stop. like ive said before even linda generalizes in sun signs and love signs, otherwise how would she write the books? she always says, 'geminis will be liberal with other ppls checkbooks' or 'the gemini girl is lost and confused and will love a man one minute and criticize him the next' and things along those lines (im using Gem coz im a Gem ppl now dont go postal on me for that).

I dont take offense to any of those things that Linda says, because I know they truly can be tendencies of the Gemini/esp gem women. TENDENCIES. not factual predicted behavior. Every sign has certain tendencies. do gems have a tendency to stalk and obsess and be emotionally intense? according to traditional astro, no. period. now u could explain those traits in gems by their other aspects (moon in scorpio? like me? ) But that would be generalization too!

If we stopped all generalization there would be no more astro forum

anyhow that was so random well u can tell i watch way too many bollywood ventures. i do love kajol though and aishwariya (so pretty), and madhuri is my all time favorite.

yes there are few stories which we like to give new colors to each time when telling;

there is a creation myth or a creation story in every culture in the world, according to a sociology textbook we read last semester. isnt that amazing? in every single human culture there is some story regarding creation that is at least somewhat similar to all the others.

another one, is the flood story. that exists in either all or most cultures also, i really dont remember to give the 100 percent accurate opinion on that. but i thot it was quite fascinating.

OK…now I have a Virgo Moon in the sixth house and it’s a singleton. So some of the cons don’t relate to me. I’ve said before that I don’t feel like a normal Piscean. My Moon’s a singleton and I have six fire signs in my chart.
