I know having Venus and Mars in the same sign most likely means there is a strong attraction between the man and woman.

But what is the attraction like when it comes to each sign? Is it the same regardless or it in more intense w/other signs? I am guessing it depends.

For example: A woman w/Venus in Aries, a man w/Mars in Aries (or vice versa)? Would it be sudden? Impulsive? Instant? How would they interact with each other or how would they go about getting their attention? What would the attraction feel like? What about if it were in the same sign as Taurus? (determined?) Gemi? (flirty, chatty?) Cancer? (shy, but affectionate?) Leo? (passionate, dramatic?) Virgo? (modest?) Libra? (romance?) Scorp? (mysterious and lusty?) Sagi? (charming?) Cap? Aqua? Pisces?
I can take a guess with a few of them, but I really have to think about it.

Could anyone give examples of how each sign might behave? I am very curious and I thought this seemed like an intriguing topic. Any thoughts? I'd love to hear 'em!

I can speak for the Venus conjunct Mars in Pisces. Venus (in Pisces) acts soulful, sweet & almost demure; she can be self-sacrificing, putting others' needs above her own; she is really in her element when someone needs her! To get her, Mars (in Pisces) acts sweet & sensitive, also very soulful; he can be very thoughtful & selfless with her, to win her affections; he can be her knight in shining armor! This attraction between them draws them to each other from the very beginning, and can be like a thread or undercurrent thru the whole relationship. Even if the two are not together, it can make for a very playful, flirtatious relationship. And if they are, it can feel truly wonderful!

I have Mars/Venus/Sun in Scorpio, and my man has Venus in Scorpio, 3 degrees away from my Mars. (And 4 degrees from my Venus and Sun)

I don't know how else to explain it, except that it's like a magnetic attraction. We are on the same wavelength when it comes to everything. Lusty would be a great way to put it. Conscious of every move, very focused and intense. Not really mysterious, because we know each other. Physical togetherness, no matter what we're doing, is very important. Little touches here and there, usually on the sly, especially in public. I would say most people wouldn't catch us making out outside the house, because we wouldn't stop and we'd get ticketed for an obscene act!

Re: opposites: magnetic attraction (i.e. Taurus and Scorpio) - can't live with or without each other, long-lasting bond but wish they could cheerfully strangle each other. My parents have this bond both ways and my father still is married to, and sees my mother, even though he lives with another woman. They have been married 40 years.

physically, we can't let each other go. being a sag, he wants his space, and i sure do need mine, but its not an option. lol, we're like magnets to one another. it's really mystifying.

The pysical attraction is intense, but we find it hard to come together emotionally.We are both very reserved and very wary of getting in too deep.
I am very much in love with him, very afraid of the depth of my emotions, and he takes a step toward getting close and then two back.

I could say that I dont have a clue where I stand with him.

Thats not true - my instinct tells me he feels the same way that I do - but one of us has to break the Venus in Cappy reserve.

I should mention that we both have afflictions to our Venus which also makes the emotional distance more intense.

I'll answer your Mars and Venus in Gemini question first.

When you have Mars or Venus in Gemini you literally are drawn to people who are witty. Words and ideas are important, one word/sentence inspires another and it spirals from there. This is alluring, a big turn on, you are attracted to this type of interaction. Attraction is mental.

Understanding Geminis energy is important. It is ruled by Mercury which is neither feminine or masculine, its actions lean toward whatever aspects its making. example: conjunct Mars would make it masculine, conjunct venus would make it feminine.

Mars conjunct Venus in Aries is attracted by something totally different. Mars here is into the chase, winning the game is important. Sex is the prize. Venus here is bold (not a trait associated with Venus) and somewhat masculine (in that they'll chase as hard as they'll run). I have yet to meet a coy Venus in Aries. The attraction here is in Venus independant streak (a big turn on for Mars in Aries) Mars may get the prize but it doesn't get control, again because its so independant.

Mars works great in Aries (where it is home) and Venus here is in detriment (Aries is too masculine for Venus) but conjunct in any sign its giving what it wants to get.

I have a soft spot for this guy who has mars in capricorn and venus in libra.

Both of my venus and mars in air signs trines his venus. But i was curious to know about his mars aspect.

So, I have venus in cancer at 2 degrees and he has mars in cancer at 19 degrees. Is that a conjunction? I can never remember to work it out LOL.

Anyway, the venus/mars in cancer thing is quite nice, very cosy type thing, very tender at times and sort of nuturing too. Aww!!
