Hi sd, the Midheaven, or MC (medium coeli) is the cusp of your 10th house -- 12 o'clock on the wheel....

Since it's the cusp of the 10th house (associated w/Saturn and Capricorn) the MC is said to be a good glimpse into your career aspirations, and your need for success in general. Hope that helps a little. Could tell you what kind of career you are well-suited for.
