Whoa I've been looking for that! I read that awhile ago and forgot to bookmark it Well...Jupiter definitely put me in a "prison" while it's been in retrograde. Talk about NO forward movement at all for me. Jeez. It's been transiting my 6th house!!! NO EMPLOYMENT until now. (I also had very hard Saturn b.s. squaring that house until May) Also it mentioned money will be tight during this period, and I really couldn't spend at all because I wasn't working. This: "If you try to find a job, you won't... or if you do, you won't stay there long or it will change in some respects from what you expected it to be. So, you'll end up leaving, anyway." Was so incredibly true. I left 2 jobs within days because they SUCKED. I am pretty sure I didn't feel any of the posiness of Jupiter until these past few weeks! I will take Mercury Retrograde anytime over one of these again, please. LOL. IP: Logged |

Good link pix!Actually, I think it's better that I wasn't aware of the ramifications until now -- and I especially like this part: quote: Come June 4, 2005, we are going to have the wildest partying time, thanks to Jupiter churning forward at that time, and we'll go Mach 3 with our hair on fire and throttles to the fire wall--quite literally!
A positive that I can think of with it being retro (but only from from my perspective) is that means it's spending more time in Libra, trining my natal (retro)Jupiter and transiting my 2nd house. quote: If you have a natal Jupiter retrograde, then this is a great time for you! You are in your element and will make out quite well during this time frame, February 1, 2005 through June 4, 2005! Many opportunities and good "dharma" are coming your way, so be prepared!
Hasn't been too rough a period for me, financially, careerwise, or in Life-matters, more like a laying-low period, dealing with smaller challenges as they come along (which of course they have), but nothing earth-shattering bad or good. It's mostly been a period of soaking up information and sharing it (witness my umpteen posts here at LL!)..... Note: "Dharma" is not the same as "Karma" -- Definitions: "Dharma" means "protection". By practising Buddha's teachings we protect ourself from suffering and problems. All the problems we experience during daily life originate in ignorance, and the method for eliminating ignorance is to practise Dharma." 1. Hinduism & Buddhism a. The principle or law that orders the universe. b. Individual conduct in conformity with this principle. c. The essential function or nature of a thing. 2. Hinduism Individual obligation with respect to caste, social custom, civil law, and sacred law. 3. Buddhism a. The body of teachings expounded by the Buddha. b. Knowledge of or duty to undertake conduct set forth by the Buddha as a way to enlightenment. c. One of the basic, minute elements from which all things are made. Thanks, pix! 'zala IP: Logged |

"Do not start up a business, buy a car, try to sell or buy a house, float a loan, buy big money items, or do anything that is related to GROWTH. It just won't grow right now! It will be stunted growth at best. So, why try it? Just wait, be patient, and when the floodgates open in June, 2005, THEN is the time to start the next horse race that you're in."Yes, so true..it just won't grow! Thanks Pixie...I knew there was something! Thank goodness its almost June! IP: Logged |

No-grow, you say? This is weird.I have never been a plant person. But in the middle of that period, I got myself a miniature rose plant (originally, I got it for my mother, but I could not get the plant to her in time, and had to replant it and keep it). So, anyhow, I am extremely bad with plants, and I replanted the rose during its period of blooming (a big no-replant-time), but it grew just fine, and it turned into a big pretty rose bush and gave me three more blossoms

Sounds like things will start looking up come June 4th. Jupi went retrograde over my Pluto in the 8th. Looking forward to the second conjunction of the two in August. Great info, thank pix. IP: Logged |
