I been away for awhile. Nope. I wasn't like "spying" on everyone. Just wanted to say, please forgive me in advance for pulling up any "old" threads. Me get to sit down at the puter for an uninterrupted session again... me happy... yay!------------------

**** Yes, it is me, I put chocolate and peanut butter in the password slot, and even after I licked it off, alas, it wouldn't work anymore. So now I am new. Even though I have been here for tooooo long ( for some )I had like 9000 posts.. maybe you can help me make more?

Astro Junkie... I've been wondering about you! I thought you left us.I have a funny story to share with you. It's kind of embarrassing now, but here goes: I remember last year when I first registered here. I had never joined a forum before and I was so exicited that this place existed because I had been reading Linda for so long. So I happily posted my little heart out, until one day you stomped all over my super-enthusiastic little tail. I was crushed. I met up with my bf later that night and told him that I had to stop coming to Lindaland because "Astro Junkie hates me." He had no clue what I was talking about. I didn't start any threads for a loooong time after that! I'd forgotten about this until I went digging through some old threads the other day. ... ahhhhh, memories! IP: Logged |

Two answers.1-- My bf and I have a very humorous relationship which relies heavily on exaggeration (the humor part,not the entire relationship) It just sounded funny to us to say "Astro Junkie hates me." It's a screen name, not a real name, or the name of anyone that either of us know personally, for that matter. Therefore, it was kind of humorous to claim that someone I had just met online could have built up enough of an opinion on me to actually hate me. 2-- Thin skin! Mostly, though, it was just an oddball remark that I knew he would appreciate. She can really throw out some hilarious zingers from time to time, so I shared the story with her because I thought she may find it funny.  IP: Logged |
