I'm currently doing my Ph.D. When will I be able to finish it? Will I be able to get a good job and how the over all life be? When can I have another child?

I doubt anyone here will be able to make such precise predictions for you. You may need to visit a professional predictive astrologer, maybe get horary charts for your questions?
