I'm sorry that I don't know what to say here....
I know he died tragically, but that he is more at peace now than he was, and that you take comfort in that.

Everyone has a father.
He is there with you.
whether he is or not.
And he'd be able to understand a lot more from the perspective of now, than he could've if he were 'here' still....
Maybe you can ask for a specific loving sign?

Make him a giant kindergarten-style tie with sparkles. And a card, both in construction paper. Put a heart on it. (maybe you can write him a little note about how you feel on it?) Afterwards, you can put it away somewhere or give it away.
He'll see it.

Thanks guys. I will do that pix. I have written him letters before and do talk to him because I know he hears me.

I have his guitar.....must be more than 19 years old!

A friend of the family's that knew both my mother and father since they were young put in some new strings for me

So it's basically still brand new.

It sucks he had to die that way! He knew those drugs were messing him up and even told my mother to leave because he was afraid of hurting us.

But I know he is in heaven and in peace. A physcic gave me a message from him and he said that where he was....was more beautiful than anyone could imagine.

I'm jealous. Wish I was there

I too have thought this many times Tranquil, but this is not our fate, we are meant to be down here for now. I can hear your father saying "thats my girl", she can really kick ass when she wants too"!! I feel your pain. My father passed 5 years ago. I still have to urge to call him and talk to him. I have to stop my self and rememeber he is not of this world any longer. I miss him forever.
