Well it seems like Katie Holmes is about to become the third Mrs. Tom Cruise. I have always thought that she came across as a sweet person, and I have always enjoyed Tom's movies. I'm sure that they are both looking for true love and may be thinking that they have found it with one another, but when I took a look at their astrological synastry with one another, I was surprised to see how,..well, awful it is.  (Tom Cruise - born July 3, 1962 3:06 p.m. Syracuse, New York) (Katie Holmes - born December 18, 1978 9:31 p.m. Toledo, Ohio) Looking at their synastry from a Magi Astrology point of view, the good news is that they have one Cinderella Linkage, which are a must for falling in love and getting married: Tom's Pluto trines Katie's Chiron. And they have two sweet Romantic Linkages: His Venus Trines her Neptune and in the Declinations his Neptune parallels her Venus. And they also probably have great fun together as his Jupiter trines her Venus. There are some more nice linkages, but then it goes downhill from there. They have one Venus-Uranus Linkage and two Venus-Uranus clashes, which are NOT good aspects to have if one is expecting a faithful marriage. All three of these are known as Swingers' Aspects, and indicates that this could become an open relationship on the part of one or both partners. And they also have the Uranus-Chiron Linkage which is very similar. Even if either party doesn't want an open marriage, someone in this relationship is gonna want to STRAY (TomKat indeed!  )
But that's nothing compared to the four HORRIBLE Saturn Clashes that they have with one another. Saturn clashes are always bad for a relationship. But even worst, all four of their Saturn clashes are NUCLEAR CLASHES (Saturn square, opposite, quincunx or contra-parallel to Jupiter), which along with the Heartbreak Clash, is one of the worst aspects to form with anyone. Just one by itself would be bad enough. But FOUR...Yikes!  Here is what my Magi Book says about having the Nuclear Clash with someone:
"This is usually highly stressful and creates a clash of wills and different outlooks, with little room for accommodation or compromise. It could be the worst of all activations."
Tom and Katie's four Nuclear and Saturn Clashes are:
his Jupiter opposite her Saturn
his Saturn opposite her Jupiter
his Jupiter contra-parallel her Saturn
his Saturn contra-parallel her Jupiter.
..And if one allows an orb to be slightly over 3 degrees, then his Chiron opposes her Saturn with a 3.12 orb, thus creating a horrible Heartbreak Clash between them. If so, then they would have FIVE Saturn clashes.

Hi sassygrrrl!I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this union is doomed. Really, I just think it's kind of creepy... not just for the age difference. I'm not sure why. Question for ya... I'd like to see my magi synastry charts, but I haven't been able to find a free online link. Do you have any suggestions? (I'm a total beginner at magi.) Thanks! IP: Logged |

Imagine LOL. He actually took katie to visit penelope and you see them hugging and katie's just watching.
I would have chopped his c*** off the minute he even mentioned her name.

I don't think we'll be seeing them hugging Nicole anytime soon. lol taurean_scorpion ~ yep Tom was first married to Mimi Rogers from 1987 until 1990 when he fell for Nicole and poor Mimi became history. She'll probably become a trivia question one day if she isn't already. lol Pidaua ~ Maybe one day Katie will channel her inner independent Sag and bolt away from the Cruise Control. But right now she seems happy to please him and do whatever he wants. Apparently she is converting from Catholicism to Scientology, which rumor has it her devout family is NOT happy with at all. future_uncertain ~ As far as I know there aren't any links that will provide a Magi chart for you unless you want to buy the kinda pricey software offered at the Magi astrology website. lol. Poor Katie she is not going to know what hit her when the fairy tale ends. He seems to be the more dominant one and not just due to age.Have you guys ever noticed how he drags her when they are together. We were just having a discussion about Tom Cruise this morning in our office...the consensus was that NONE of us could come up with one movie, with the possible exception of Rainman, where there was any convincing show of warmth or loving emotion.
