the common thread is laughter like 26T mentioned.. *waves to 26T* hey cutie babe..

both virgo girlfriends and i can talk for hours relating..discussing how things bother us..sometimes we ***** about our husbands..but generally, we help & suport one another.

with my taurus friend, its seems i'm the one she calls when she needs advice. she seldom lets down & cries or emotes, but when she does, i'm the go-to person.

my cappy friend is my adviser. he's my best friend and i love him. really love him. like.. he could kill someone and i would help him hide the body-- kind of thing. i trust and love him that much-- but-he is one of the few capable of hurting my feelings. i suppose it is the honesty between us. the more we care about something, the more open we are, the more vulnerable we are.

That's interesting that the Taurus goes to you, the Virgo, and you go to the Cap for advice. Right up the earth sign line. .....Wonder who the Cap goes to? He probably just relies on himself for it.

I wish I knew more earth signs. My life has been full of water and fire signs.

Seriously, there is a bit of competition, loud spirited conversation, but mostly we are just happy being who we are... that is unless there is alcohol involved... then Aries is wanting to challenge Leo.. who is busy flirting with the Sag (who is the only female of course) who is too busy flirting with everyone else and being the hostesss. LMAO.

I do prefer a mix though because all Fire just can't sustain the energy- and keep things on track. Then again, all Earth gets bogged down with the details and trying to make the best decision (Then again, nothing works better than a Taurus in charge of Finance like we have here LOL).

I have had the pleasure and displeasure of working on a team with a Taurus President, Capricorn CFO and Virgo CEO - I was the only fire sign and my counter part was the only Air sign. I thought we would die in the quagmire of indecision. By the time a decision was made we had either lost the deal, the potential item was no longer in stock or the science was too old.

I loved when my former boss announced "Hey... we should really think of developing a method to rapidly identify bacteria in raw meat using radio-active isotopes" I was like, yeah...that was so 1970's and now they use better and faster technology. His response "You mean, they already test meat?" LMAO

to answer your question, the cap comes to me when he needs advice but yes he does tend to rely on himself more. he will toss soemthing by me, but ultimately do what he wants~

scotscorp, i totally agree. there does tend to be a comfortable silence with same element signs. harmonious vibes ya know.
