With all the squares (energy needs to be combined with) your Moon (emotions) your emotions are continually "adjusting" to your changing circumstances. As with many Moon issues, they are often more a "feeling" of a problem than a problem itself. Meditation and inner examination will help you to "detach" from the times when the emotions become too intense.

.. were you feeling like that when this thread was started ? ..

what i was going to suggest .. was to keep an eye on your transits .. however it may not show up on one of the 'readout' websites .. unless you have an astro prgm for your computer you could drop me a note in this forum when your feeling what you described above .. and i could check and make a note of what's happening in your chart and report it back to you .. and in time you could figure what transit may trigger that feeling .. the 2-4 month interval may be a clue ..

.. i did the same for myself once .. 'cause i couldn't figure out a re-occuring 'feeling' ..
.. it certainly helped to find out the astro transits behind it .. helped deal with it so much better ..
