Hahahaha, I attribute it to my Sag. moon. I'm almost always happy, and when I'm not, it never lasts more than an hour or so. :-P Awww, what year was he born? I'm a 1990 kid. Hahaha IP: Logged |

Here is what i just read about planet at 29 degrees:''If a planet is in this position at the time of your birth, it means that you are very close to mastering an important lesson of the universe, but you have not quite achieved success. It is only when the lesson of that planet is mastered that you may move on and progress spiritually and universally.'' Now i have 2 questions- 1)Does that mean that the person is closer to mastering the qualities of that planet than most other people (including perhaps people ruled by that planet(through their sun sign /,moon sign etc). 2)I have uranus at 29 degrees in 7th house. But i feel quite at ease with revolutionary ideas, wierd/bizzare veiwpoints (and people)and a humane point of view.So does this mean i have already learnt my lesson at a young age? (Dunno when this learning bit happened to me coz i can remember myself being comfortable with uranian ideals from a long long time!!) PLEASE SOMEONE REPLY.THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Nasya,1) Your chart is about YOU. IF you had previous lives (and, since no one can prove it one way or the other, whether or not to believe in this is up to you! ;-) ) you had some Uranian lessons to work on, probably having to do with over-rebelling. Remember that Uranus ultimately is about reSTRUCTURING (not random destroying)...taking down the old, outdated ways of doing things and putting something new and better in its place. 2) As you noticed, with Uranus in an "anaretic degree" the ENERGY of Uranus comes easy, learning to use it EFFECTIVELY is a life-long challenge. From a previous life, Tim (This one goes out to Pixie...Thanks for the compliment!) IP: Logged |

Sweet,Direct means NOT retrograde. Stationary retrograde is the same as retrograde. For those who like the details of it: Planets when they move backwards (go retrograde) first stop (stationary) then move backward (retrograde) then stop (stationary) then move forward (direct). Some astrologers create distinct energies for all the various parts of the retrograde cycle. I do not. I like to keep things simple in astrology. A planet is either retrograde or it is not retrograde. To see if a planet is retrograde I look to see if a small RX is next to the planet in the chart. Keeping it simple (with hard options! ), Tim IP: Logged |

Sweetface,In addition to Tim's suggestion (and yes I also love that signing off he does; instinctually, it appeals to the Gemini Mercury and Sun in me...lol)--here are two others. There seems to be some debate about mastery versus weakening. One thing I note however is the number of folks who assert that it creates a tendency to oscillate on the issue...a bit of wavering. http://home.epix.net/~tzarathu/29th%20degree.html http://www.cafeastrology.com/criticaldegrees.html IP: Logged |

Lilygirl, thanks for the article ( I am surely finding cafe astrology a minefield (as in explosions) of information! My Moon Cardinal ( Capricorn, yes, in its detriment, so I hear, blah blah blah. .) is at 13 degrees. My Mercury is at 28 degrees, Libra, in the third house. So I squeaked by just under the radar, yet it is part of my stellium in Scorpio ( in the fourth) by degree, conjuncting Sun and *almost* Uranus. Uranus, by the way, being one of those critical degrees... at 7 degrees, in a Fixed sign. I am a very effective communicator. I just use funny words to say the same thing as someone else... But effective, in that.. people get my point. Get the point? so the article says, by my degrees.... quote: These are considered sensitive, and sometimes strengthening, points. If a natal planet is found in a critical degree, that planet is emphasized and assumes more power in the life of the native due to its placement.
Uranus is powerful in my chart!!!! *snicker* Who would've guessed?Anyway, thanks for the info... Uranus is Queen/king, Pixie IP: Logged |

I have Mercury in Scorpio at 29 degrees--anorectic!!! I read somewhere a long time ago that it was prone to crises. I have had frequent crises to deal with. I have had a hard time with transportation. I've mostly had old cars....I was even without a car for 13 years--just couldn't afford it. I lived in cities and used public transportation. I have been stranded and have had freaky accidents. I tend to be rather nervous....I've had situations where I lost my temper and the consequences were pretty severe. On the good side, I feel that I am a deep thinker and I can get to the bottom of anything I am really interested in pursuing. On a good day, my mind is pretty sharp. One book said it can make you profound in your understanding--I dunno about that, but I feel that I have a good understanding of things I am interested in. I hope that helps. Oh, I pray or use affirmations while I'm driving and I haven't had a car accident in a very long time--knock on wood!! IP: Logged |
