At the bottom of the astro birth chart is the planet key. What does #2 and #3 next to Ascendant stand for? And what do #11 and #12 next to MC stand for? (0 scorpio/23 scorpio).

Thanks sports fans.

I think its the degree (0 Scorpio) that the house (#11) starts on.

I took a look and coudn't figfure it out, then saw it..
It's the degrees of the signs/house cusp.
So if your ASC is 13'22 (give or take) then your second house cusp is Capricorn, 17'2. Third house cusp 25 Aqua
MC, 1'30 Libra ( tenth house) then the eleventh is 0' Scorpio, twelfth is also Scorpio, but in the late degrees, coming righ tback to your ascendant, which is Sag.

YES!

But that will come.
I remember feeling the same way.. all these numbers, positions, movements, minutes...
But one day I stopped wondering and it just clicked.

House positions are especially important when planets are involved, and especially in comparison charts... when you are talking houses and orbs.
However, I still feel, that even if not 'in orb' ( and depending upon the aspect, the rules change) If you are in sympathetic signs, you understand each other, even if it isn't a 'true' trine/sextile/conjunction ( and I suppose that goes for squares and oppositions and the lesser known connections)
