The trine is an aspect of harmony and creativity, of natural attunement with energy, which is a gift from past life mastery of energy and service. It is knowledge about life which comes after mastery of squares and oppositions. This lovely harmonic attunement is also meaningless unless it is utilized in this lifetime. This incamation is always the one that is important, and past life knowledge is only useful to us if we use it as a teaching tool in this life. Just like squares evolve through the twenties and thirties, so do trines dissolve in the twenties and thirties if we do not take them to a more significant level. Chiron trining a planet symbolizes great harmonic mastery of that planet, and it is critical to examine the progress with the trine. The question is, is this native ignoring a great cosmic gift that has been evolved into for billions of years? Trines are magnetic. They draw the subtle realms into consciousness, but only if we deliberately activate them. They are very Lunar, Neptunian, and Venusian.
As expected, my files yielded many individuals with trines who have extraordinary New Age healing and teaching skills, and the reverse dynamic of the trine was also much in evidence. Generally speaking, each person with Chiron trining a planet evidenced unusual evolution with the issue of that planet An artist who is also very disciplined has a grand trine with Chiron, Moon, and Mars. A famous New Age healing musician has Chiron trine Moon conjunct Mars. A New Age healing publisher has Chiron trine the Sun. A symbol teacher with Chiron trine Venus conjunct Mercury, a great teacher of emotional healing with Chiron conjunct Pluto trine Venus, a New Age physicist using science to heal the planet has Chiron trine Pluto—the list is literally endless.
The reverse dynamic of unutilized trine power is one of the more depressing reports in this book. Using only individuals over 40 who are undisciplined, unevolved, even neurotic, with Chiron trining another planet, I found that these individuals are showing serious physical disabilities, they are creating negativity around themselves, or they feel frustrated about never bringing through gifts they feel inside. I have found many of them frustrating to work with because they can't hear advice about deliberately activating their greatest potential. They were unusual when young, often way ahead of their peers in consciousness. Since the planet involved is Chiron, often they had unusual psychic attunement. They got used to being way ahead of everybody else. Then during their thirties, people around them caught up, but they didn't notice. In their forties, they are out of touch, but they can't hear the reason because it once was all so easy. This can happen with any planetary trine, but since Chiron is the bridge from body to soul, the results are especially tragic.
We are moving out of a long period in history when men had ample opportunity to develop their potential and women were relatively limited. However, my files revealed a noticeable difference between men and women regarding manifesting the Chiron trine potential. Thirteen clients who were using the trine well were males, none were women. And of eleven clients who had not activated the potential of the Chiron trine, nine were women. There were many more clients with Chiron trine a planet in my files, but I looked carefully at these twenty-four. Two men who were not utilizing their potential to the highest degree are both manifesting negativity at this time, but they are not aware of their actions. One with Chiron trine Sun is involved in developing the Star Wars Defense Initiative. The other, with Chiron trine Moon, is doing great emotional healing work himself, but he is controlled by a teacher who is limiting his own creativity. Both of the men have a natural understanding of the occult, as do all individuals with Chiron trine a major planet, but they did not have to work for that occult knowledge.
One of the women has Chiron retrograde on the IC in Virgo, exactly trining Mercury in Capricorn in the 7th house. She came to me because she was very ill with Epstein Barr virus. I recommended she seek past life regression therapy, and she did some sessions. She was able to instantly regress and go into massive ecstatic past life experiences on a level that often requires many sessions for the average person. She was capable of having consciousness breakthroughs that most people only dream about. And she didn't care! It meant nothing to her. It was all too easy for her, and now she cannot listen to advice even though she is very sick.
No need to give any more examples. Chiron trine a planet is a sign of great gifts for consciousness breakthrough and healing talents from past lives which can be activated into the present life. The native must not take it for granted; he or she must consciously work to activate these skills in a highly disciplined manner. This innate knowledge may save the native's life someday; it may save the life of his or her child, and it may be a skill that will bring planetary healing.

Thanks so much for all that info - it's so interesting! Chiron really is such a factor and I can recognise an awful lot from that chapter.

Well things are 'ok' with Mr Aqua - just lying as low as possible with this whole Heartbreak Clash thingamy and the Venus/Uranus + Mars/Chiron malarky going on all at once above us!!

I've noticed myself thinking of ending things with him which shocked me a great deal! Feeling really fatalistic at the mo, and getting despondant over his lack of ability to show his emotions. But last night I just thought "Ok so what are ya gonna do?" Suddenly hit on the idea of writing it all down just to get it out of my system and see the problem in black and white. Strangely it really helped me - I feel a bit clearer about the whole thing and although the problem in essence is still there, it feels more manageable. Funnily enough, he's started being particularly lovely with me so can't work out whether he's sensed my feelings or it's the Saturn, Venus, Mars and Mercury Quincunx (spelling?) thing going on for Aquas at the mo, making them look seriously at committment in relationships???

I'm not going to address it until all these transits have finished though as I want to look at it again with a clear head.

Anyway hows you? Hope things are going well for you and that the 'torrid skies' aren't causing you too much trouble!
