i am curious about the 29th degree, does that make you more the next sign or in between.....
any links or insight?
i have gemini in my 5th house, but its at 29.01 degrees, would that make me more cancer in the 5th house? both? would this conflict with children? when/if i have children, will i have problems with them? isnt 5th house indication of children? how would one interupt this?

I read somewhere that you have lived many lives if you have the 29th degree anywhere in your chart. And that you are almost done with your lesson in life.

I also have chiron in taurus, venus in taurus, and my 11th house in taurus.

*Sigh

Ladies ~

Right under the "Add Reply" button at the top of this page is a link called "Search". There are a lot of strings here at LL, including one you started MG, for anaretic degrees. Here's just one:

I have saturn (the oppresser) at the 29th degree in my first house of personality.

LeylaLeFay -

NO!!

You may be an old soul. Do you feel like that? - As opposed to a forever young-at-heart Gemini type?

What Sign & House is your Saturn in ?

Sometimes I feel like a VERY old soul, since I was very young. May be from my 29th Degree Asc in Taurus, as well as my Jupiter & Saturn in Capricorn in the 9th House.

But I don't come across that way at first. It takes a long time to understand that serious side of me, probably since my Asc is at 29.50 Degrees in Taurus, Gemini takes up most of my 1st House. So I don't really portray or try to follow through on any inherent seriousness. My Sun in the 5th House may help lighten things up too. Thank God!

I always felt like an old soul. I always felt this wasn't really my home. In fact I can't wait to leave!

This world disappoints me.

I have my Sun at 29.59 Virgo, also a Venus at O.5 Virgo, Part of Fortune at 0.26 Pisces and Mars at 1.11 Capricorn!

But I always feel like everything needs to happen Yesterday and I can't make up my mind about anything, I find Relationships to be Very Sticky? I don't know but I also read that if you have planets at 27, 28, 29 degrees the person has the potential to achieve something special. Many Millionaires have planets in these degrees, but most often they are Earth or Water Signs.

But Planets at 28, 29 degrees Leo are conjunct the Royal Fixed Star Regulus. This placement can bestow prominence and love of power and success or you might just have lots of very influential freinds and travel in elite circles with that placement. Bill Gates has his Pluto at 28 degrees Leo!

So I wouldn't consider it Anything Bad if you have planets at 29 degrees, it could be a Gift?

But I did read this:

Classic critical degrees are 0, 13, and 26 degrees of the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn); 8-9 and 21-22 degrees of fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius); and 4 and 17 degrees of mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces). These are considered sensitive, and sometimes strengthening, points. If a natal planet is found in a critical degree, that planet is emphasized and assumes more power in the life of the native due to its placement.

Many astrologers consider 0 and 29 degrees of any sign critical degrees as well. The 0 and 29 degrees are more crisis-oriented points, especially in predictive work.

I think it means you'll be Rich, inherit Money is some strange way or something! The 8th House is other people's Money and Neptune is Illusion or deceptions possibly someone will steal your Inheritance???

I never really paid much attention to the degrees in the chart really, but after checking out the link I find:

Mercury in Cap (00 54)in the 8th
Midheaven Pisces (don't know if this counts but... at 00 39) and
Neptune (29 48)in the 7th..(not sure if this counts since Neptune is a generational planet)

As far as the old soul theory, I have been told that I appear to be.When I was 13 or so, I was really mature and "wise beyond my years" which is tough to deal with when you are so young. .

I have my vertex at 29.47 Pisces in the 6th house and Midpoint Jupiter/pluto at 0.08 Libra in the 1st house, can anyone tell me what does that mean?

My MC is at 29 degrees Leo, my bf's 3rd house cusp is at 29 degrees Gemini, and in composite we have THREE planets at 29 degrees - Mars, moon, and I think the third is actually our Pars Fortunae (so not actually a planet, in the fifth house and in Cancer). His progressed sun is also at 29 degrees Cancer (so it's conjunct our composite Pars Fortunae) and his natal Saturn is at 29 degrees Taurus. My progressed Uranus is at 29 degrees Libra (squaring Venus - oh joy). Crisis points all round, yay...

Hmmm, I've always wondered about my Jupiter 29'13 Pisces 7th house. Was always hopin' I'd eventually marry a wonderfully wealthy and generous man...still waiting.

I was told it might have more to do with my profession, being that it trines my Cancer Moon in 10th. Well, at least I feel rich in spirit!

I have Saturn at 29 Tau - I guess that makes me an *ancient* soul or something. I do feel quite world weary most days. The iVilage article says I've never learned to respect authority or something. Pshaw! Like I'm going to listen to that crap! They're not the boss of me!!! LOLOLOL. My Saturn conjunct Venus in Gem.

I have asteriod lilith at 29 Virgo sonjunct Pluto in Virgo, and Eros at 29 Gem conjunct Sun in Gem. All my 29 degre placment are conjunct something - I wonder if that makes a difference.

I have Jupiter at 28 Sco 47 - does that count too? And that's conjunct Neptune in Sag as well.

I do have issues with decision making, sometimes. And I swear karma's out to get me.

I have retro Saturn in leo at 29*59, and retro Jupiter in gem at 29*18.

IF there's some special karmic lesson into a retrograde saturn at 29 dgr (conj Desc), I'll know sure enough by september - and I'll let you know. unless it will be the end of me, which seems like a reasonable expectation right now...
