inderjeet, astrology can't divine that info for you (i've tried! ). astrology is more of a road map, so with knowledge you can watch for potholes, detours, closed streets, toll roads, etc. (yuck, analogies! )... but it helps because in some ways you are forewarned in areas of life and relationships.

anyway, your sun (in the 4th) and rising (particularly) could be signaling to you that a relationship/family is really necessary to feel complete. i've also found that those with scorpio in venus or moon tend to have a bit of drama in their life, and you have both aspects. so i can imagine, depending on the partner, how tempestuous those relationships may have been. your venus is not in a great position, that doesn't mean you won't be loved. Maybe you will have to work a bit harder. but everyone does. relationships are tough; to find, grow, keep -- for everyone. you may be going through a very tough time now, but realize that most are and you aren't being singled out. i promise!

additionally, you are young by most standards and if I only give you once piece of advice - it is to do something you really enjoy and broaden yourself (with friends, intellectually, physically, culturally...), because even if you don't find that true love or you do and it doesn't work out in the long run... you will always be satisfied with yourself, your choices, and hopefully have people to count on also.
