Hi All Please can someone tell me - if a birth time is unknown should you use 12am or 6am? And can anyone tell me what is rectification of a chart and how do you do it? Thanking you in anticipation. Chris

Venus,If birth time is unknown, then the time is not important in the chart. Astrology programs usually only create a Solar chart (with the Sun conjuncting the Ascendant) if the time is unknown, but some people like to set the time to noon and use that chart instead. I generally use midday as a time if I have no info.But as Wilsontc highlighted, the time is only important if you were wanting to progres a chart or get the specific houses and timings of potential events. It is possible to work out the time of birth from the chart, it has something to do with certain placements highlighting time of birth, but alas, I have no idea how this is done, sorry IP: Logged |
