I don't really know but I would assume 7th or 5th house would be good.

Fifth doesn't necessarily indicate long lasting, or stability, but fun and passion definately.

Seventh can also be open enemies. But yes, it does bode well for unions.
Every house has its benefits and dualities.

The Eighth is deeper, more mature and reaching bonds. Passion that affects you deeply, shared resources and trancendence.

IC/Fourth is sharing a home and a private life together.

MC would mean you benefit each other well in the public's eyes.. good for political relationships, you project a capable image to others.

It depends what you are looking for in a relationship. Here are some of the more interseting Moon placements in a composite chart.

5th House Moon – indicates that the two of you are in this relationship because you both get a lot of joy out of being together. The two of you will be able to express your uniqueness without discord within this relationship, in fact both of you rise to a higher level than you normally would in order to please the other. If this relationship results in children, they will become the center of your world, and you both will assume total responsibility for nurturing and guiding them as they grow.

7th House Moon – indicates that shared feelings within this relationship will be very important to both of you. This house favors any intimate relationship, especially marriage, or other love relationships where sharing emotions is important. There is a strong feeling that you belong together as a unit, and you share common emotional attitudes towards the outside world. You often act and feel as if you were one person. The only danger lies in that in times of emotional stress you will not be able to keep your relationship in perspective. The tendency will be to let your personal feelings keep you from seeing what is really going on between the two of you. Try to stay somewhat detached from difficult situations so that you can remain objective and not get carried away.

9th House Moon – indicates that you both share basic attitudes about life’s purpose, and enjoy sharing your thoughts with each other. You feel that as a couple, your awareness of these issues is greatly expanded. Differences in your perspectives provide enjoyable opportunities to discuss them with each other. Both of you have opportunities for growth within this relationship. Couples with this Moon location require a rich diet of change, newness, and fresh experiences to find real happiness. The more boring your relationship, the less love it will develop. To get the most from this relationship, you must make the effort to keep it fresh by consciously looking for new experiences in your life. And its not about just experiencing something new, its about increasing your awareness of what you are actually experiencing, and sharing your ideas with each other.

11th House Moon – indicates an underlying emotional empathy between the two of you that is good for both love and friendship. You have mutual goals for your individual lives and as a couple. In fact, you seldom think of yourselves as separate individuals, but as a single unit. This position also indicates a true friendship beyond being in love. The two of you draw others to you, without any effort on your parts. These others provide a network of alliances that you can draw upon in your lives. It’s very important that you share a common view of what you want to accomplish in your lives, what is important to the two of you. It really doesn’t matter where this is manifested in your life; in spiritual, traditional, or political arenas. If there is no underlying goal or value, the danger is that you can become overextended in meaningless, emotionally draining social behaviors that have no value for others. The point being that as a couple you must be involved in goals that provide for your continued growth and result in help for others.

Personally, I like the 11th House placement myself, but the others are OK too.

The new scorpio and I have moon and venus in the 1st house.

In our progressed composite. Moon is in the 9th house and venus in the 7th house.

In the Davison Relationship chart we have venus in the 9th house and moon in the 2nd house.

Do I have to count all this also?

1st House Venus – this location indicates a relationship based on love and affection. The two of you complement each other and as a couple are more complete than either of you is capable of separately. You were both strongly attracted to the other from the start, and will remain so throughout your relationship. There is a sense of ease with each other to this relationship that others will take notice of. This also confers upon the relationship the ability for each of you to understand and forgive each other for any small mistakes you might make. The 1st house is the persona or face of a relationship; how it appears, the impression it makes, on others who view it from the outside. There is a sense of genuine love and affection between the two of you that others will sense and respond to. As a couple, you may be involved in some effort to beautify your environment.

7th House Venus – this location indicates that your relationship is based on a great deal of personal affection for each other. While this location doesn’t guarantee a good loving relationship, it certainly helps. The two of you will share your deepest emotions and feelings with each other. Together you will form a tight nit team, willing to face the world as a single unit. The only danger here is the tendency to maybe be too nice to each other. Never allow your desire for tranquility to keep you from expressing your thoughts on important issues within the relationship.

10th House Venus – your experience of love within this relationship will very strongly affect both of you. On the psychological level this relationship will aid both of you to discover what you want to do with your lives. Loving each other will reinforce your personal feelings of self and give you greater confidence to face life. You are likely to be openly affectionate to each other in public, and are viewed by others as a loving couple. This is a relationship that stands proudly before the world, not hiding from anyone. This relationship will teach you both about the nature of true love how to better relate to others on a personal level. The purpose of this relationship is to live together so that you both may learn what it means to truly love another.

10th house? Doesn't this mean you'll work with your partner? Or that this will be a "public" relationship rather than a private one? (a sort of John & Yoko)

My spouse and I have Venus as part of a Gemini stellium in the 6th House. I find Venus there extraordinarily proficient almost good natured and hard working at the day to day tasks of household, decorating, children, bill paying etc.

I think however that Venus in the 6th House in a Composite is tough on intimacy and romance. In my mind it is too utilitarian of a a placement particularly in our Mercurized Gemini to fuel or sustain a great deal of passion. Things get done but "getting busy" is an whole other issue.

The composite for Doc and me is stellium in Aries in the 7th House with Venus, Sun and Mercury. I can only suggest--and of no actual romantic knowledge---the feeling with that placement is quite different even in mundane discussions.

Composite Venus in the 12th, is one of the least difficult planets to have in this house. The indications are that while the two of you have very strong feelings for each other, you may not be as demonstrative about them as the other would like. The 12th house has to do with your own unconsciousness as well, and areas of your life that you have repressed from your conscious mind. These unconscious memories can have a powerful impact on your relationship. Both of you may be surprised at times with each others behaviors, being totally unaware of why they occurred. The upside of this position is reduced ego involvement, and therefore the ability to give way to the other’s wishes. Another important upside is that this relationship is based on mutual spirituality. You should endeavor to renew your spirituality, by what ever means is appropriate for you as a couple. You should also make sure that there are times when just the two of you can be together. You need to withdraw periodically from the world and just be together in a serine environment.

So far, I think if the person has a lot of their Planets in your 7th House, that you just get back around and around with each other. The love or devotion is JUST THERE. That can lead to many things from there as well ...

Agreed...there is a sense of something abiding there (in the 7th) that one does not necessarily feel in other houses.

Wow Beth!. Cool that's alot of planets in one house. What are they? I think it could have advantages and disadvantages depending upon what they are and how tightly aligned. Are you seriously involved with this person?
