I have a pentagram in my chart, I have tried to find some info on this configuration but all the described petragrams I found were 'formed by five quintiles, and by biquintiles'.

My pentagram is formed by sextiles and trines and there is no description of this type , or it is not a pentagram any more then??

Any insights are very welcome

Noreenz, you are welcome to put up my chart

My DOB is 6 May 1977, 0:40 Beloz'orka, Ukraine

Your son does have a pentagram too, it is just that astro.com does not draw a sextile/trine aspect between Moon and Nodes

Peri,

Check out the first link in the "cool links" thread. It is not called a pentagram in that link but it is called a "cradle".

I have heard that pentagrams are indicative of magic. IMO there is no difference between a cradle and a pentagram. I have 2 or 3 cradles in my chart.

At astro.com in the extended chart selections there is a "Walter Pullen simple chart deliniation" or something like that and it will tell you if you have cradles...

i have another link somewhere about the cradle that I will look for.

Peri,

My wife and I were just ogleing over your pics, she said you are so pretty.

ok here are the major aspect configurations in your chart...

Grand Trine with Moo: 18Sag41'17" and Ven: 9Ari34'57" and Sat: 10Leo29'45"

Cradle from Ven: 9Ari34'57" to Jup: 6Gem51'05" to Sat: 10Leo29'45" to

Grand Trine with Ven: 9Ari34'57" and Sat: 10Leo29'45" and Nep: 15Sag33'12"

Cradle from Mar: 6Ari21'02" to Jup: 6Gem51'05" to Sat: 10Leo29'45" to

Grand Trine with Mar: 6Ari21'02" and Sat: 10Leo29'45" and Nep: 15Sag33'12"

Cradle from Jup: 6Gem51'05" to Sat: 10Leo29'45" to Plu: 11Lib57'25" to

T-Square from Sat: 10Leo29'45" to Sun: 15Tau15'29" and Ura: 9Sco31'36"

T-Square from Sat: 10Leo29'45" to Mer: 7Tau00'22" and Ura: 9Sco31'36"

Just as I supposed the pentagrams are referred to as cradles. Check out the first link in "cool links" and also check out the Pullen program... it will expire soon.

hey Beebuddy

I still have your DOB and have just looked at your chart, yours doesn't look like mine at all and I cannot find any pentagrams there, maybe we mean different things Cradle is formed by four planets while pentagram by five! I called it a pentagram because it does look like one, lol.

I did look at the cool links site, you must have noticed that it is one of my most favourite ones! lol

Thank your wife for me please

yes, I did Walter Pullen chart but this description just hmmm slices my (lol)pentagram into lots of cradles and grand trines, it doesn't describe the whole configuration, feels like as if the grand trine was described as 3 separate trines not the whole thing!

hmm, hope you understand what I mean

Yes, Beebuddy, that is what I was talking about: quintiles and biquintiles not sextiles and trines!

quote:
Wreath, Pentagram

A configuration of aspects formed by five points of a horoscope, uniformly connected by five quintiles, and by biquintiles. Figures of this pattern in the natal chart look like a pentagram.

Thanks for your input anyway

And THANKS for the Gem also

Yea, we must be talking about different things. I see the pentagrams when the aspect lines are drawn, but the planets themselves haven't really been looked at.

Yes, of course but whether the lines are drawn or not depends on astro program orb settings!

Moon 23 Pieces and Nodes 21 Cappy/Cancer will defenitely make a sextile/trine aspect!
