Aries- Never prove to them that they're wrong and you're right, or that they've lost and you've won. They HATE that. Easiest way to make an aries your enemy. If you just say it, they have no problem arguing the point to death that they're right. Very sarcastic, their sarcasm is also very funny. They're extremely obsessive and enthusiastic about certain interests of theirs. You'd think that they discovered a cure for cancer or something when they're excited. They tend to repeat themselves a lot in speech and in action. My dad is an aries. When the computer was broken, he tried doing the SAME THING 30 times or so before he gave up. They tend to be selfish with their time and resources as well, and get very irritated if you infringe upon their schedule. They'll patronize their family when they're not around. Great dancers, good at anything that requires agility. Very loud voices.

Taurus- Kinda boring. Slow to anger but once they're mad, they're REAL mad. Very steadfast friends. They talk in a very flowery way. Incredibly possessive, they're the type that will call you 10 billion times a day. Violent laughter.

Gemini-Effeminate in speech and appearance. I don't understand how they manage to do so many things at once- but they lack consistency. When you try talking to them about something important, they don't get to the point. They tend to beat around the bush, because of their lack of focus. Lots of fun. I think they lie because of two reasons- they think its fun, and they're insecure, like Leos. They think everyone is judging them, all the time. Thats why they have such good manners.

Cancer-Odd sense of humour. Some cancers are very funny, not all though. Immaculate hygiene. Don't mix with alcohol. Walk into a cancer home and you won't want to leave- it will be very comforting in there. Great cooks and gardeners. They like to grow food plants over ornamental plants though. Cancer guys try to act tough. Its funny though becase they do it so poorly.

Leo- They're not egotistic, they act like big shots because of their insecurity. Plenty of confidence. They tend to get jealous of people who get more attention or achieve more than they do, because they themselves are very ambitious and goal oriented. Their personality is best described as 'warm'. Like sags, they'll laugh at pretty much anything if they like the person making them laugh. Loose fisted with money, they make a lot and spend a lot on themselves and others.

Virgo-Loners. When they do socialize it tends to be with their two best friends. Vain yet shy, but very intelligent. You can count on them to do a job well done. They criticize a lot but themselves are very sensitive to criticism. Strive for perfection in everything they do.

Libra-Female libras remind me of cats. Tend to sleep for long periods of time. Pale complexion. They have a beautiful way of talking. They can talk all day, but they're so gentle in speech you never get tired of them. Can get very angry, but they don't always show it. Have a hard time making decisions, my cousin, a libra, says she gets knots in her stomach when she has to make an important decision. Loves beautiful things.

Scorpio- They love their conspiracies. Very intelligent. Single-minded focus. Very hardworking in achieving their aims, which are usually long-term. Double- cross a scorpio, and you've got a worst enemy. Period. Its not likely to happen though because they assume everyone is out to get them (thats why they keep their mouths shut), so are always on top of a situation. Don't ever leave loose ends untied. If they trust you, they're willing to tell you everything and give you some of the best general advice you'll ever hear. Cruel sense of humour. Too much sexual energy.

Sagittarius- Sloppy people. They'll laugh at pretty much anything and can make anything funny. Extremely intelligent. Superficial and hypocritical in religion and spirituality. Procrastinate a LOT. Superficial goals that never are achieved. They act REALLY stupid sometimes.

Capricorn- They love to work. They're not boring, they just choose to be that way because all they want to do is work. Great with details. Capricorn kids always do well in school, you'll find they'd rather do homework than play. They tend to be followers in social groups. Insecurity with other people, these people will act a certain way to make other people think they're likeable, funny, social, attractive, whatever. Steadfast friends, they'll always lend a helping hand. However, if they're around people that don't like you, they'll act like they don't like you, whether or not they do.

Aquarius- Their mind is different from other people. Very endearing people. Some are ridiculously funny. They can come up with ideas and no one will know how they came up with them because they're so ingenius. They have a gift of universalizing themes from details, rather than working down the pyramid. Some are quiet workaholics, some are loud, social people. Quite often they'll look like they're sad. When you ask them whats wrong, they'll say 'oh, nothing'. Tendencies to depression. Their own emotions are very volatile and changing, but they cannot connect with others emotionally. Insecure with people when communicating one on one, but good at socializing in large groups.

I myself am a Gemini, often labelled as the jack of all trades but the master of none. However, my airy nature is rooted by a significant portion of Taurus, so my mind breathes with a better constancy. My Taurean backbone is like the trunk of a Great Oak, nourishing strength from the fertile ground below, and high up there in my branches and leaves, my thoughts and ideas are left to rock gently in the wind, smiling at movements soft caress, whilst my core remains true to stillness.

The composition holds the key.

I also know a Sagittarian who is a lightening quick decision maker, not at all a procrastinator. Her bright eyes reflect the beauty residing within her soul, and her direct and no-nonsense approach to verbal etiquette are wonderfully refreshing :-) I like people who say things to me straight, whose passion is like the Tango - unrestrained, not bound by rules, and upon any mistakes, a luminous smile and a firm hand lead to a new direction.

I relate to the whole Saggie laughing thing. For example, i was tired one evening so somehow found myself having a laughing fit and i can do dumb things. I'm intelligent too so I think people dont know what to make of me?! My cancer friend was like ' do u just laugh at everything?'

And no ont he lack of focus. I lose focus when I get depressed but I can focus a lot with I want to otherwise. However, I do get bored easily, adn when I'm bored I *let myself* get distracted.

I don't beat around the bush either. I can be very VERY direct and VERY to the point, and often tot he extent it's offensive (and sometimes it's meant to be). Just observe some of my posts, and you'll see it.

betelgeuse - i love the analogies you made for yourself i could visualize as i read. i also just had to tell you that betelgeuse is one of my fav movies for various personal reasons and when i see yer name it makes me smile hehe!
