If it's "both ways" as in A's Sun trine B's moon AND A's moon trine B's Sun, that's called a "double whammy" and is a very strong indicator of romantic compatibilty.Sun trine Venus is an excellant relationship aspect, and ranks (if there was a ranking) in the top 10, if not the top 5 of the best. Sun represents the outward, active side of person, while Venus repsents the inner, receptive sidee of the person, If there's high compatibilty between these two planets, there's a a mirroring likeness between one partner's outward persona and the other's inner persona, which leads to mutual understanding, empathy and the ability to fulfil each other's emotional needs.
Moon sextile ASC isn't a very powerful aspect, but can be very beneficial in the area of teh ASC person's life represented by the house in which the partner's moon's falls. So if B's moon falls in A's 11 house, for example, then B could be very helpful to A with social interactions and friendships.
Mars trine Mars is good but can be competitive in friendly ways. Ideally, this aspect needs a lot of activity and so it's good if the partners are enaged in activities they can mutually enjoy together.
