last month , after a few sloppy days with the leo boss , i got transferred to a bigger dept. .
i just got to know , he was a gem . i was guessing that he was aries bocz of his impatience . though i get along well with him and he seems to think of me as more capable of my colleagues . he once told me jokingly , to speak a bit less (' tu thora kam bola kar 'were the excat words)
i just wanted to know did i hurt his ego ?
what is the best way to avoid it ?
how do u get appreciation from a gem boss ?
are they very appreciative of your good work ?
in general what does a gem expect from his juniors and how do u best tackle him ?
can i expect him to complete pro if he needs to dump me ? or will i be shown a leninency or given chances ? i am still thinking of other questions but by the time get busy with these .  IP: Logged |

Just my thoughts, but ...As a Gem boss, I'd like to see a lot of decisiveness & self-initiative. Not so much chatter, just some friendliness and ability to get the job done without too much fuss. I have so many projects going on that I appreciate someone who can report to me and ask questions, but without too much hand-holding or details. I hope that made sense. IP: Logged | |
