i find shorter hair for me makes me less shy, less to hide behind i guess.gotta look for a new do.. this shoulder length rebellious mess has gotta be tidied up and about 6 inches had off it. IP: Logged |

I haven't really noticed the growth patterns.

I have long dark brown hair that can be hard to control ~ it smells of apples right now.  It can't always make up its mind whether it wants to be thick or thin (it has phases occasionally where it goes completely flat, and you'd think my problem was not having enough hair). I've had compliments on its colour/sheen when it's looking good, and a hairdresser ~ one of the few I've visited ~ complimented me on its thickness. There are some white/grey hairs scattered here and there ~ not too many, just enough to bother me a bit. I need to find a stylist that I trust ~ haven't had too much luck with them in the past. quote:

English side: French, Danish and Welsh.
American side: English, Irish, Cherokee.. I found out in June there's also French-Canadian and Scots in me.

Great Hair but Exquisite looks. I guessed from your Aqua Asc and Venus in Leo but again, above my expectations.
When I was in USA, I was like "Where are all the beautiful girls?" I went back disappointed but I was only in the big cities. So these small towns are where all the gems are hidden is it? And, do girls into astrology look more beautiful as a gift from the planets? Thats another metaphysical subject for me... ------------------

Your Hair Style is good but you can improve the hair health with some extra Vitamin E enriched shampoo and high fibre food/rich in Vitamin E food like wheat germ.

I absolutely love my elder sisters hair, even though she thinks its really bad and she thinks she looks very ugly. Its all bouncy and has a step cut and has a glow to it. She's a virgo sun, leo ascendant, not sure about the moon though and her venus is in leoEDIT:- Here's a pic of her:  ------------------

Hubba Hubba. Venus in Leo. Highly recommended placement for the ladies... May 50% of all girls be born there from now so that by the law of probability at least a few of them manage to be in Chennai so that atleast my son [if any] does not suffer the lack of coolness to the eyes on the streets...Cappy, how many ghazals does your sister want from me as evidence that she is the opposite of ugly? Only a Man can appreciate a lady's looks anyway and this Man thinks she is hotter than lava and her hair is as refreshing as a bubbly brook from a cascading mountain stream. ASC: Scorp w/ 1st House Uranus Trine SunIt's very, very fine, so it's just impractical to keep in longer than shoulder length or so (it tangles very easily).
When it gets past that point, it's bone straight and makes my face look even longer than it is. When it's shoulder length, it has a little wave to it, but is still (obviously, b/c that's just its texture) quite fine and prone to fly away.
Styling it is futile - it will loose whatever curl or hold that's put into it within the half hour. Right now it's short:
 I like it most this way, I think.

Prox- I have the same styling problem too. Fine, unruly. I can't really style it because it doesn't stay the way its styled and it's so fine that product makes it look heavy or greasy. Mine's shoulder length right now - normally it's shorter, but I hate going to get it cut.Right now I just style my bangs, although they never stay the way i style them for longer than ten minutes. My husband is almost 5ft.10inches tall.
He is his own man for sure....smart and eccentric and very honest and spiritually aware! He does not go for being like other guys who need the short hair and all to prove they are men. Yeah not all buzz cut guys are that way...but alot sure are!

I have light blonde highlights (born a blonde but now have to dye)
My hair grows very fast! I usually like to keep it shoulder length with long layers. It's naturally curly and thick but I've been faithful to my straightening iron for years now. When I let it go curly it reminds me of a lions mane too (sun 1st) Moon Taurus

My hair is thin, but I have a lot of it. A lot of hair comes out every time I wash it, but it never looks like I've lost any. Grows very fast & unevenly. It's a little wavy & very flippy, can be messy-looking with fly-aways, can be oily if I go a day without washing it. Medium brown: lighter than anyone else's in my immediate family, but still dark for my complexion. I've been told I look like I should be blonde! I've had a couple of grays since I was a kid. Have tried coloring, but found I prefer my natural color. I look & feel better w/ short hair, but I often get the notion to let it grow out, 'til it starts looking thin & jagged at the ends. I recently got a textured cut to shoulder length. A mistake, I think. I let the stylist talk me into it when what I really wanted was for it to be all one length.

my hair is very curly, unruly and thick. never looks sophisticated and straightning is useless, except with zero humidity. it is about 100 shades of blonde and has red highlights and never looks the same. I am a leo sun, leo moon and leo merc. but could never manage the perfect hair. it always looks best left long and alone to do its own thing, stylish styles and perfectly coiffed I will never be, but I am told it is beautiful and smells good! hahaha....btw...how on earth do you post pitures here, I have tried to no avail...IP: Logged |

It's bone straight, fine baby hair. Lt brown and it used to be blonde. It's awful and tough to deal with. Considering my hair gets oily fast I used to have to deal with people thinking it wasn't clean, though I washed it every day. Texture: Baby-fine (more than one person has exclaimed that I have the softest hair they've ever felt) but is also very thick with tremendous body. Extremely wavy, or rather loosely curly (anyone here a regular at naturallycurly.com? I'm a 3a type). If you remember the actress Rebecca Gayheart, on a good day my hair quite resembles hers.
Color: Natural flaxen blonde.
Style: I love to play with my locks. I wear them up in chignons and Gibson girls, decorate them with glamorous silk scarves a la Old Hollywood, and bespangle them with the antique hair ornaments I collect. My hair must be very long or dramatically short (before I grew it out, I sported a chic French bob) - nothing in between will do.
Ethnic background: Belgian, Swiss, and British mutt (with an obligatory smideon of Irish). Also, in answer to Isolaede as a sister lunar Taurean: my hair is awfully quick to grow, but maybe that can be owed to the contacts from Mercury. Does your moon receive any unmitigated contacts from Saturn that might impede hair growth? Your description of your personal style seems eerily reminiscent of mine, although my chart is free of Cancer and Gemini (both signs' rulers touch the ascendant, however). Sagittarius is represented singularly by Neptune in the second, yet it is worth noting that it is the final house dispositor, with my sun and two of the planets that adjoin the ascendant being found in the twelfth.
