Hi people! I read on an earlier post response by Souljourney, that:"Tight" aspects are 1-3, or maybe even up to 4* degree orbs."Reading this, I decided to look at my chart (as I have never really paid a lot of through attention to the degrees and such.) As I am looking, I notice...a majority of them are "tight" Does this mean something? Just curious. If not, then no biggie. From Astro: Sun Trine Moon 2°10 Mercury Sextile Mars 0°28 Mercury Conjunction Jupiter 2°10 Mercury Conjunction Neptune 1°06 Mercury Sextile Pluto 1°05 Venus Conjunction Uranus 3°35 Mars Sextile Jupiter 2°38 Mars Sextile Neptune 1°34 Mars Conjunction Pluto 0°37 Jupiter Conjunction Neptune 1°04 Jupiter Sextile Pluto 3°15 Jupiter Opposition Ascendant 2°13 Neptune Sextile Pluto 2°11 Neptune Opposition Ascendant 3°18 Thanks! :-) IP: Logged |

Hey, If you pasted that from the "personal portrait" section of astro.com, they're all tight because astro lists your closest aspects there.

i think that one could make an aspect out of almost anything. so the closer the orb of the aspect the 'better'. check out these 2 orbs of influence in my chart!!Moon Opposition Saturn 0°06 Neptune Sextile Pluto 0°07 ------------------ ~Libra Sun / 29* Gemini Rising / Aquarius Moon~ IP: Logged |

Oh, ok I see how Astro does that...I have another program on my comp, called "The Instant Astrologer" but I cannot paste it here....I think that it has tight aspects, but what your'e saying (Whiterabbit, and by the way is that from Alice in Wonderland or something?) is that programs will naturally list those aspects, then they all appear close...
