hi sd

i think everyone feels estranged at times, yes i do feel the same way a lot of the time it has a lot to do with the fact that my family and i dont even seem like we're from the same planet so that kind of isolation starts very early on in life

rebel, yes, outsider yes, i always seem to disrupt the order or convention of things, otherwise see lots of evil in it and room for change, no one else wants it to be that way apparently

as far as seeing and predicting, no i cant do that

they are above everything, difficult though it is to admit but yes i do feel that way because some people are so dumb that they automatically make you feel that way. i tend to see that most people live their entire lives without ever wanting to gain knowledge or enlightenment, without exploring, its a very few that actually know what the eff they are doing

also yes it is always difficult to find people that understand u

certain people will understand certain things about u, no one will understand u 100%

Hmmm, I never feel like an outsider. I think it's because I'm so into conformity - conformity is a driving obsession of mine. Really, I try to read other people's faces to figure out what they're thinking, so that I can think it too.

What I'm looking foward too is the day when we all have microchips and stuff in our heads to control us - like those robot people in Star Trek! Then we can all be exactly the same without any effort at all. I think that would be the ultimate, for me at least. Independant thought is just exhausting.

my sister is like that too and a few other ppl i know. she tries to just mimic what my mom has done in life and wants to invest minimal individuality--its too difficult for her. she savors culture and religion becoz it gives her clear guidelines on what to do, although for me religion and culture give *options* not guidelines so i make my own decisions

btw johnny wats ur sign? and yes, u spelled guarantee right the second time

sd09 what do u mean by fake

I am a born individualist. I definitely march to the beat of my own drummer
even if sometimes the music is a little, OFF KEY!

I understand the need for (some) conformity, but what a boring universe to live in perpetual sameness. UGHHHHHHHHH

Albert Einstein:
Any power must be an enemy of mankind which enslaves the individual by terror and force, whether it arises under the Fascist or the Communist flag. All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded to the individual.

statement, England, September 15, 1933

(Einy was a wise fellow, aye?)

Archibald Macleish:
The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.

Bette Midler:
Cherish forever what makes you unique, ‘cuz you're really a yawn if it goes.

Eleanor Roosevelt:
Remember always that you not only have the right to be an individual, you have an obligation to be one.

May the angel of your higher s-elf, guide you always.

yikes..the thing about the matrix.

lol

i feel like an outsider all the time. i am intuitive, but i can't predict things yet...maybe later on.
but eh...individuality is good, no one should be the same or it would be so boring....
btw, i tend to be attracted to oddness, i like eccentric people, they're more fun to be around...i have very few friends though.

I do not feel like an outsider at all. I too dance to my own tune. I think what I want to think and not what everyone is thinking. I never followed the crowd was taught early in life about being an individual. Teaching that to my kids too, so far for my 14 year old it has paid off.

Sdog you are special dude not an outsider. Remember whe you first came aboard we all made fun of you said you talked like a robot ect.ect. Look now we all embrace you and try and lift you up and make you feel better and let you know that it is ok to be this way and feel that way. Sdog you are like here atleast I like you and you are a individaul in a very good and positive way...

Lots of Love Mama Mia

i have felt like an outsider at times, like a rebel at times too. thinking that i was just different only alienated myself more. not a good feeling. SOOOO, now i think i'm just me - and lo and behold, i realize the sameness between us all.

i heard about the chip thing. not to mention, we do put alot of ourselves in the hands of others so............also, most of the electronic gadgets, radios, phones, computers and gadgets in our homes, cars, pockets have chips in them.

hey - one of my relatives mentioned this outer limits where they were putting chips in people's heads, lela rochon was on that episode - did anyone see that?

Well Luntic12 since you put it like that I do feel like and outsider. I mean I tend to stand out in whatever group that I am involved with phiscally. That can make me an outsider. I have my moon and Venus in the 12th house..

hello luna*tic12, yes the 12th house has something to do w/ this in my case...lol
my sun, mercury, venus, jupiter, chiron are all in the 12th. and 4 other 6th houses. the only people that really seem to understand me have water signs...especially the scorpios and scorpio moons...and other pisceses.

sun in taurus in 12th, moon in scorpio in 6th, asc. in cancer.
