I've noticed that as I've grown older, I seem to be more like my moon sign (Libra) than my sun (Virgo). As a child, I was very meticulous, analytical, straight A student, teacher's pet, etc. It's almost like I'm a completely different person. I'm now more diplomatic, peace-loving and maybe a bit more indulgent. I feel I need to be in a relationship or be with people, and go to parties all the time and socialize, or I am miserable. I am so afraid of being alone, whereas when I was younger, I just wanted people to leave me alone.I know a lot of astrolgers say it is the other way around (you grow into your Sun sign, and you are more like your moon personality when you are younger) but it's the opposite for me. Has anyone else experienced this? IP: Logged |

Yeah, I am becoming a little more like my NN (Aries) too. I am learning how to assert myself more, and have a bit more confidence in myself.IP: Logged |

Mmm, I'm becoming more like my Moon sign (Sagittarius), too. Transitioning (it seems) from my Ascendant (Virgo). I'm not so laid back anymore. I'm pretty...hyper. IP: Logged |

I've been thinking the EXACT same thing!! I feel like a pure aqua. When I was a kid I was a sag in the extreme sense of the word. Might have something to do with the moon being the ruler of my chart in the 8th house. I even think more like an Aqua and act more like an aqua, even though the moon is supposed to be pure emotional energy-> I don't respect knowledge for knowledge sake anymore unless it has a clearly defined benefit for myself and other people, and I am more inventive and creative...IP: Logged |

I was outwardly more like my ASC (Virgo) when I was younger, and now as ana dult more outwardly like my SUn sign (Gemini). However, inwardly I've always been like my moon (Pisces). Anything that taps into that inner world of mine, like art, music, animals, intimacy or mysticism, exposes my Piscean side.IP: Logged |

I'm Aries/Cap moon/Gem asc. I can be a lot like Capricorn and it comes naturally, it feels like me.. I can be a lot like Aries as well, but it feels "forced", like I'm pushing myself to be Aries-like because a certain situation calls for it... I can also be a lot like Pisces. I feel most comfortable and happy when I act piscean-like , in any situation – Merc/Jup/MC/Vesta in Pisces, and Neptune – conjunct DC and Mars, quintile Merc, sextile Jupiter, sextile Pluto, opp Asc, square Sun, trine Venus. Neptune and Pluto are very aspected in my chart. I don’t think I act Scorpio-like though, but people have confused me for a Scorpio. When I was younger I was very much like Aries and Gemini. But I've had loads of experiences since then and I've changed a lot. Cap moon in the 8th describes my life quite well.. I don’t mean those scary overly pessimistic interpretations though.

I have to be honest. I'm not sure when I'm being my Sun (Pisces) or my Moon (Scorpio) as they kind of blend into one.The only definite times are if I have forgiven someone (the former) or want to blow their brains out (the stinger). I have a dearth of Earth signs and I really think I could have done with a couple to balance things out. Swerve IP: Logged |

I can't say I'm becoming more like my Piscean Moon when growing older. On the contrary I try so hard to suppress any Piscean features in me (not very successful so far ). I'd rather say I'm becoming more Virgoan with my Virgo Saturn and NN in the 1st ------------------ Sun in Gemini AC in Leo Moon in Pisces IP: Logged |

When I was younger I felt more like my moon sign, and I don't think I ever grew out of it. When I first started studying astrology, when I was 14, I read about my sun being Aquarius. I never felt like an aqua, though. The only way I do is that I dress however I want, and don't care what anyone thinks about it. Other than that I was Scorpio all the way When I say to someone "I bet you can't guess what I am" and they say SCORPIO! I'm like "No! Aquarius! " I think they guess scorp because I have somewhat deep eyes, and I like to dress Sexy-mysteriously. Though I'm not sexy-mysterious at all :P I'm not jealous like most scorps are, and I'm not mean as some scorps can be. Plus I'm pretty quiet unlike all the aqua girls I know, and get lost in my imagination. But I think I am more like my moon sign in some ways.

I think ive always been Cancerian like..but that Gemini moon of mine presents itself regularly even when i was young..im changeable and always thinking 10000 miles an hour..can detatch myself if i need to..one advantage i feel of having Cancer sun/Gemini moon..I feel though my Aquarius rising has always been visible to myself and others and that is actually more so now im a little older.. My good freinds describe me as loving caring and loyal..but also a little odd..not caring what others think..and sometimes off in my own world..and sometimes unpredictable(a Cancerian who is unpredictable..hmmm)Before i used to not be so happy with my major placements..but now im grateful for them.------------------ Some people weave burlap into the fabric of our lives, and some weave gold thread. When I was younger I was more Virgo (Asc). My moon (Cancer) was always w/me, but since I was emotionally unevolved, I didn't appreciate it as much and the Gem in me always questioned my heart/intuition vs. logic. It was a real battle Royale.I'm more Gem now, but I am @ peace w/my moon and asc. It's a great combo and allows me to function on so many diff levels. My heart is bigger, kinder and more loving and I'm not afraid to show it. I also have NN Aries kickin in pretty strongly. It's always been there, but as I've become more mature, I find I can channel it more constructively. ------------------ Before you speak, ask yourself, is it kind, is it necessary, is it true, does it improve on the silence? -Sai Baba IP: Logged |

My moon is a foreign entity to me. I can never tells its influence for certain. It's in Virgo at the 29th degree. I've got plenty of Mutable energy through the rest of my chart, and an earth sun so it's hard to distinguish Virgo in particular. If you push my Moon into Libra, I've got a stellium in the 7th, so once again I can't really attribute anything to my Moon per se. The only Moon aspects I can identify with are that it's in the 5th house. I can definitely feel that. IP: Logged |

Lol, AG, that's how I am with my Sun. It should be strong, since it's in Aries, but it's in the 7th House. And honestly, I feel more like a Libra most of the time, rather than an Aries... IP: Logged |

Ah, it's hard to say for me as a solar Libran, lunar Taurean. Both signs are ruled by Venus (which culiminates in the 10th and co-rules the chart with Pluto) and the moon is nested in the 7th, home of Libra. My ascendant is right on the cusp of Libra/Scorpio and my sun is right on the Venus/Mars midpoint to boot. Conflicted much?So what to say? This year my progressed sun met the ascendant, moved into the 1st house, and ever approaches nearer the much anticipated solar-lunar opposition (natally, I've got the quincunx dynamic to work through). I am hoping to reconcile internal contradictions and integrate both aspects of my personality in functional harmony. The first few years of life I had a typically Libran disposition, becoming more Scorpion as the years went on. With my natal moon being parallel to Pluto, the Taurus-Scorpio axis has dominated my personality, with the Scorpio energy being stronger and more easily expressed (Mars in 1st, Pluto conjunct ascendant). Now that Pluto has progressed into the 2nd (house of Taurus), my lunar qualities have blossomed and I find myself better able to exert them. IP: Logged | |
