Ok, this is for Sue G who seems to feel that there has been some serious Scorp-bashing around these parts lately.
Seeing that I am currently absolutely SMITTEN with a Scorpio, I am devoting this thread to all things Scorpio and how wonderful they are.
(though a teensy bit scary at the same time..lol)
So..what I've discovered so far through my pseudo-love-affair with a Scorpio;

1) no fear of intensity. I'm so tired of men who are afraid of their own feelings. This is so refreshing
2) GREAT manners
3) GREAT kisser
4) intuition that I trust even more than my own. I've never exprienced this before because I always feel like the one whose Sight is sharper. Not in this case! I believe him if he feels strongly about something, and I would trust him with my life
5) knowing what they want and how to get it
6) Honesty. Except maybe about their true intentions but that's ok, it makes it an adventure

Why do I love Scorpios?
1) Because the men are sensitive but often they don't let it show..Best Reason
2) I like the way scorpio's have slow movements. Sometimes it's annoying but usually it's relaxing to me for some reason..

Well come to think of it I don't like sensitive men. That's why I would prefer a Capricorn

Why do I love Scorpios??

For a number of reasons really, although for me it is personal. I will usually "listen" to them, Scorpio's can keep me centered & grounded. They have a knack of being able to make me look within, and listen. I usually can trust their judgement, and am very comfy with 'em. Lately my life is full of Scorps. Here a Scorp, there a Scorp, everywhere a Scorp, Scorp. lol....absolutely LOVE them...Virgo Sun, Aqua Moon & Asc

I've heard that the square prior to your sun has dominance over you, i.e. scorpios control aquas control taureans control leos control scorpios. At least, that's what I've read.

I like them because:
- they are quite open-minded and I am quite conservative, so it is a good contrast.
- they are interested in "doing" things, they go deep, their understanding (they ALWAYS understand) goes beyond education etc.
- they have a black sense of humour
- they are VERY loyal (esp. with Venus in Scorp) & committed to help people help themselves.

Magus you can be such a Devil's advocate!
Whiterabbit...he is yanking your chain! Magus likes to see what kind of reactions folks will give ...it tells him alot about them...
do they catch his sarcasm or think he is serious? Yes...he needs to(like he did) always let us in on his game just in case any of us misssed his sarcasm and took it serious.
as a Scorpio I am learning from Magus the art of sarcasm. I always thought of it as a form of lying...and being an honest person...this made me very uncomfortable. But I can see how it can be useful to get folks thinking. I am still a usually very dry and serious person...humor often eludes me. But Magus and Sue have helped me grasp the concepts of humor and sarcasm and how it can facilitate or open up discussions.
I also know that there are very negative scary creepy Scorpios out there. My mother is one.

in my case ,
i feel i can rely on them .
manners- never feel akward to bring them home .

and ofcourse , scorp women are always enchanting . here again , the first thing that attracts is the way the talk .

In Ireland it is called slagging.....like if someone really likes you they might say to another....."aaaahhh cant stand that woman personally" and then smile.....it is prob a cultural thing...I think the Irish and English use this a lot and are adept at it.....in my opinion....

Personally I cannot STAND them Aqua blokes, cocky arrogant little divils they are.......

it seems Cap is the one sign that always gets associated with the Borg (for all the star trek people out there), but I don't think we have that much in common with drones at all! Haha, j/k, it was a funny quote though

I really like Scorpio's sense of humor, even though most people seem to be put off by it. My friend's dad is a Scorp and he always asks me why I didn't bring the cat over so we can roast it for dinner. Another scorp friend of mine makes such wacky jokes that you get stunned for a bit at first before being able to let out a laugh. Overall, they're definitely not a boring bunch to be around.

Actually Scorpio women have been nice to me... My Mom is one...

Scorpio men did break my heart several times before... Afraid of losing control because they loved me too much...

My new boss is a Scorp... *holding my breath* The best boss I ever had was a Scorp too... (but also a nightmare of a boyfriend...)
