I just realized that their are a lot of people with scorpio in their charts that are interested in astrology. The people in my family that study astrology all have scorpio somewhere.

How many people on here have scorpio somewhere in their chart?

Just a Uranus singleton and asteroids in Scorpio (Juno, Vertex and Vesta).

I think it's my never ending curiousity (Gem rising, merc Sag). I was very interested in finding more about astrology after reading my birth chart and noticing similarities in the Sun signs of people I know. I was very skeptical at first to believe anything that is hard to prove(Cappy sun talking there lol). Last year my interest started out as research but now I'm convinced and hooked.

Yes.

Ummmm, I only have Pluto in Scorpio in the 2nd House. It's opposed my Mercury (chart ruler) in Taurus in the 8th House.

Yeah, it's been a slow week in my opinion. I'm feeling a cold coming on...

Okay, here's a strange dilemna: my moon is on a cusp. Kind of. It matters which type of chart you use, but essentially astro.com determined I'm a Libra Moon. Sometimes I really, really feel like a Scorpio, but perhaps it's just my Cancer Sun and Pisces Mars playing tricks on me..

I have Scorpio Pluto!!! Yay, I'm just like everyone else in my generation, lol.

I have a lil bit o scorpio in my chart.

uranus & venus & n node & pars fortunae & my vertex. all the sort of obscure things hehe. they're all conjunct except the vertex is a bit too many degrees away.

i also have my sun & scorp's ruler (pluto) conjunct (1* away from each other). one last thing, my moon is in scorpio's house (8th).

i think it's my aqua moon in the 8th plus all the air in my chart that makes me luv astrology

29 degrees of Scorpio plus Mars-Uranus conjunction in the first house; Pluto and 8th house ruler (Mercury) rising and conjunct ascendant.

And yes, I have been feeling rather drained this last week. Figured it was just the post-Thanksgiving wind-down.

If your Sun is in the 8th House, it's also got a Scorp influence. The 8th house belongs to Scorpio.

I forgot to mention that my Mercury/Venus in Gemini is in the 8th house as well. Taurus in Jupiter in the 8th house too, but I don't think that's too imporant in this discussion.

I'm a Scorpio..we are always interested in astrology and anything considered an occult science.
It has been a tiring last 2 weeks as far as I am concerned and I feel next week isn't stacking up any better as far as my calendar is concerned.

lets see... saturn, pluto, and descendant in scorpio along with 2 planets in the 8th. I think it has to do with the scorpion urge to understand one's self on a deeper level.

yes louisianagirl there are TONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS of scorps on this site, i dont know if uve noticed yet. but most of the ppl that have been here for a while are scorps i think.

personally i have pluto in the 1st house, (altho im a libra rising), pluto / moon and saturn in scorpio. yeah...having moon in scorp is not easy, esp for an airy gem sun.

i think tho that its my ninth stellium that makes me so interested in anything out of the ordinary, moreso than my scorp stellium.

and YES ive been having a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE week HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

My son ( who just had his *gulp* eleventh birthday (yesterday) has Five scorpios in his chart, and eighth house placements... he's already interested in astrology.

I have Uranus in Scorp conjunct my MC. It's a pretty strong point in my chart. Squaring Mars, Sextiling Pluto, etc.

oh yeah, Moon, NN, and Pluto in the 8th house too.

No wonder why I love Scorps. .....and astrology.

Uranus/ascendant in Scorpio, Moon/Venus/Node conjunct the eighth house cusp. They also trine Pluto, but some astrologers wouldn't count the wide trine. My Pluto is unfortunately under a bit of stress from an opposition to Jupiter, and a wide square from Saturn.

I don't have much of Scorpio in my chart. Only Uranus in Scorpio (exalted ) conjunct my IC and trining my Mercury which I've read signifies interest to astrology. Guess my Moon in the 8th hs also counts as well as Pluto in the 3d (fond of investigations of all types).

I recall my interest in the occult sciences to start when I was around 7 yrs old. I read "The Shining" and "Carrie" and was very fascinated in learning more about ESP, telekinesis, and magic. I didn't really believe much in Astrology because I didn't have all the Capricorn characteristics and I hated the descriptions of my sun sign. So last year I decided to research more into it when my Aqua/Scorp Moon friend told me there's more to a person than their sun sign. I was born close to the Sag/Cap cusp, a.k.a. "The Cusp of Prophecy". In the book the "Secret Language of Birthdays" my birthdate means "December 25. An interest in supernatural things…always striving to reach a higher state of being, they often become restless due to their unusual interests."

Acoustic God , my sun is in the 7th house 3 degrees Capricorn because my 8th house starts at 10 degrees Cap. My 7th house begins with Sag at 17 degrees and ends with Cappie at 9 degrees.
