basically, the BIRTH CHART in some ways can be considered a NAMETAG. when you introduce yourself to someone (at least in here) we wear our placements proudly and aren't afraid to introduce them, share them, and offer insight and advice about DEALING with them (treacherous as they may be)

example: my ASTRO NAMETAG says

(Libra Ascendant) I will always show you my best side, though my best side may not be my true side.
(Sun in Scorpio in the 1st)I am mysterious by nature, powerful, and extremely optimistic and determined, watch out for my ego, though!.
(Moon in Leo 10th house)I am theatrical at best and a pouty, dethroned drama queen at worst. I always remember to smile when I go out in public,. but if i don't want to, I won't. Remember, the crowds *love* me and I, them!
(Mercury in Scorpio in the 2nd)I always feel I've got it all figured out, whether or not it truly is the case. I may have been raised very wealthy, or extremely poor, but the point is that you'll never know and don't need to know.
(Venus in Scorpio in the 1st)I am physically attractive, at least i like to think so. I can be kind of lazy, but it's my due right. I can charm you like a snake, yet destroy you like a black widow. However, I only try and please, since that's my game and I play it well.
(Mars in Aquarius in the 4th) I don't like being what everyone expects me to be, and I will never settle for conformity. I don't want to live in my home country forever, that's way too boring. And I get bored with being comfortable, I like sudden changes in the fabric of my life. Keeps things exciting!
(Jupiter in the 5th) I love to have fun, especially in romances. I love to have tons and tons and tons of crushes, but I don't EVER really wanna follow through on them. Children make my day.
(Saturn in the 2nd) I need to learn how to save money.
(Uranus in the 2nd) However, I can't help but blow paycheck after paycheck on random items I'll need for the next 15 minutes.
(Neptune in the 3rd) Trust me, If we met, I could win your approval with just one word. I've been known to speak "magically" and convince crowds of people to believe what I do. However, I always forgot my homework in school.
(Pluto in the 1st) I have fun with transforming myself, and I can deal with anything you throw at me. HIT ME!

ifyou put all of those together, you would have a dead on description of me as a person. or my NAMETAG!! so what's yours?

Moon in Virgo 7th- I only want to be alone, when I choose to be alone.

Mercury in Aquarius 12th - I’m not as stupid as I look - I’m kidding I know more than you think.

Venus in Aries 1st - I fall in and out of love quickly - so don’t blink, or you’ll miss it.

Mars in Aries 1st - don't make me angry, you wont like me when I'm angry

Jupiter in Sagittarius 9th - I’m one lucky mofo

my merc in virgo in the 7th...makes me it difficult to unearth my motives or gain a sense of what logic i follow..

my venus in virgo in the 7th...makes me keenly aware of what pleases my partner.. i pick up on little things and am at my best when i am wanted and needed.

my mars in scorpio in the 10th... makes me extra seductive and good at it

my jupiter in Leo in the 7th...inspires everything on a grand scale... good at sales....Moon trine Jupiter... just lucky i guess.

moon in aries in the 3rd.... makes me a great communicator... very independent.. and a cheery outlook...kinky too.

Ascendant in Libra: You can look but you can't touch... too much. ;-)I get complimented on my shape, alot. I wish I wasn't so little though. A little more "woman" would be nice..

Sun in Cancer in 9th: "I don't really feel like that today, that idea is kinda stupid in a boring way.. how about a trip downtown?!?" I say stuff like that, and most of the time I didn't say in a mean way. That's just how I felt at the time!

Moon in Scorpio in 1st: I'm very very stubborn but understanding at the same time.

Mercury in Gemini in 8th: If you need some information on someone else, I'm the one you can come to. I'm a great detective. Don't try to find out anything about me though, you won't find anything.

Venus in Gemini in 8th: A lot of people don't know about my relationships until I break up with them. Most of the time I get bored emotionally. I'm also a sweet talker.

Mars in Pisces in 5th: A lot of people tell me that I have really nice eyes and pretty hair. I agree with them on the most part, but I don't really like my hair. And my eyes are just those brown puppy dog eyes you find in babies. Eh.

Jupiter in Taurus in 8th: I'm very "creative" in getting what I want in a relationship, lol. I'm not a huge gambler though. I have a great sixth sense about who's going to be successful and who isn't.

Saturn in Sagittarius in 3rd: All I want to discover is the ultimate truth of why we're here, esp. regarding religion.

Uranus in Sagittarius in 3rd: I'm always on the move, trying to learn more things, meeting people. I love learning about other cultures. I'm going into Journalism. I CANNOT stay on a schedule.

Neptune in Capricorn in 3rd: I LOVE to study and read. I use to get in trouble in class my freshman year because I would read in class when I tought the material was too boring.

Moon in Capricorn in the sixth; I like to be in charge, but I need to help other people. I am insecure about expressing love but will do so once I trust. I get physically sick when I am emotional.

Ascendant in Leo; I am magnetic and attract many friends, though only a few of them are true. I enjoy sharing things and am open and loving and farce-diva-like while being down to earth.

Mercury in Libra in third; My initial feeling is to see shades of grey. Aside from my usual fixed opinions, I will argue diplomatically. I like to learn and communicate freely. Especially with my lover.

Venus in Sagittarius in fifth; I love to be playful and fun, I mean well, but sometimes I am distant, in favour of other pursuits. My kids are little people to play with and adore, but I will teach them. I love loving. I am a creative soul.

Mars in Scorpio in the fourth; Nestled closely to the Sun, I am enigmatic and forceful in my views. I always have energy to do the things on my list and sometimes on others'..... I don't stop if I enjoy something. I like having sex.

Jupiter (rx) in Taurus in tenth house; I want to build a name, I want to show the world what I am made of, but sometimes my expression is blocked. I am hopeful for the future almost always. Even if I belly ache. My Part of Fortune is here too. I hope that kicks in soon.

Saturn In Leo in first house; I am feeling my Saturn intensely now. I am afraid of changing things I am comfortable with, even though I have been acknowledging it a long time. I am my own worst enemy, and need support from people I love. I will do it with or without, but I feel such doubt from me, it helps to hear it from others for reinforcement.

Uranus in Scorpio in my Fourth house.; Hanging out with the Sun and Mars. It makes home interesting, I zip around, redecorate often, never feel settled there.... I want to express myself creatively everywhere. I feel.. erratic.

Neptune in Sagittarius in the fifth house; I hang with Venus. We look in wonder at the beauty of things and want to express and possess everything, but in a freeing way, not a limiting one. want to love everyone and be affectionate.. Many disillusions once the fog of happiness wears off.

gemini venus in the 5th: relationships are like a burden on my shoulders unless I really care about you When I am in one, thats when you see my fun side
