i'm pretty sure it's another name for Quincunx. I would say its a doozy as the 2 planets involved are not comfortable at all together... i have one to Saturn in my chart and its the only aspect to Saturn... makes me dizzy mostly...

Yea, if memory serves the inconjunct is the same as the quincunx. This aspect is considered to be "minor" by lot's of astrologers but this is only because of a lack of understanding regarding it IMO.

Some people will tell you that this aspect is extremely important, the trouble is finding a good interpretation of it. Check the "cool links" threads.

Also the aspect points towards the quality of "an itch that can't be scratched" with a dash of addiction too.

its also an aspect of circumstance and its not entirely negative. Kind of like the old fish out of water story. Also an "adaption" aspect.

Lalalinda,

Would you say there is some fate or karma between the planets/energies? Maybe destiny is a better word. The word "circumstance" does seem to fit that aspect well.

Actually "destiny" between two planets pretty much fits ANY aspect description. lol
