Not as far as I'm concerned! I have one outer planet in a water sign, the rest is all Air/Fire & a couple of earth. If your worried about not being "emotional enough" as some of the feeling water signs, don't be. I know lack of any earth can cause tendencies to be a bit "Flighty" for lack of a better word but lack of water can mean that emotions don't rule you as much as other aspects such as intellect, communication, drive etc...
