Sun conjunct IC here

Home is where my heart is.

quote:
Statement of the Fourth House Sun

I entered this life to understand the connection of my identity with my family and my past. My mother was the first connection I had in this world and I had to depend on her to meet my needs for food, warmth, shelter, guidance and whatever else I needed to sustain my life. I learned to walk and talk and how to conduct myself in the home environment. I was a product of the culture, race and heritage of my parents. I became aware of the importance of family, but when I left home I found there was a world that was vastly different. There were different cultures and ways of living. I could choose my own way and establish my own home. My sense of family extended to include people of all cultures, race and beliefs. My goal is to acknowledge myself, and my family as individuals in the family of humanity and from there, to nurture the world. My relationship with my parents, provide the basic fundamental psychological (emotional) patterns from which I operate. It is up to me to recognize this and with this understanding, release unwanted instinctive tendencies and sustain and nurture the aspects of self that I value.

Simple suggestion to MNF, Lunatic and others who may have 12th house isolation issues or 8th house horniness issues.

TAKE STRENGTH FROM YOUR TRUE NODE and PLUTO. An intelligent combination of these two can help overcome any imposition of negative polarities from the Sun or Moon or Ascendant's Sign/House.

A special note to young girls who feel isolated or excessively horny. Your red chakras are larger. This can be used by energy predators to get you involved in promiscuity. Please try to channelize this extra energy to the higher chakras. Try to acquire powerful skills of the intellect. Genetic Science, Calculus, chemistry or even advanced astrology.

To help get a perspective, all of us have had about 1500 to 2000 lifetimes on Earth already. That is atleast 1500 to 2000 sex partners and about one to two million sexual encounters already. Do you think it is still worth it to be over obsessed? Hope this food for thought helps

Take care!

The Mutable Night Force -

Great topic. Yes, I can't wait to see more responses to this from all different Houses. It seems unanimous!

My Sun is in my 5th House. I'll leave it there.

MNF, there is no confusion dear girl. Just concentrate on your inner abilities a lot more, thats all.

Hot_Ice, Carmen Electra is truly amazing although I am still a devoted member of the Victoria Silvestedt fan club.

Peri, I have been a student of all things occult for more than 7 years now. Mind Control, Energy sapping etc occur at the astral level from 4th D negative beings who sponsor the excessive sexual triggering in our mass consciousness through incarnated minions. My method of study is to look up 2 or 3 unconnected sources of inofmration to assess hidden truths. When Native Americans and Indian Yogis say something similar to what a 20th century new age person says, then it is very likely to be true. On studying research from a Tantrik [Aghora Series Part 1,2 and 3], and from the works of the Golden Dawn, it is clear about astral/negative ET entities mind controlling weak minded amongst humanity [attempts made to explain this through Matrix 1].

Drugs, promiscuity and all when misused allow Auric protection to break. Premature Kundalini is another potential capturing point.

How do you think so many teenage girls can be trapped in the porno industry unless their red chakras or base entry point into the Aura is weakened? Sex energy is even used for reality creation rituals.
[Source: The True Reality of Sexuality, Expansions Publishing.]

I was told from an advanced mentalism website in early 2004 that a sex orgy satanic ritual was done on the Bay of Bengal to initiate a disaster. I did not believe it then. What did we see in 26th Dec 2004? The Tsunami, right on that coast.

So youngsters [and even several so called mature folk] should keep an eye on themselves every now and then so that they dont get trapped. This same sexual energy when channeled for intellectual usage is , well, sure shot success in any field.

AND Peri, I dont trust these photographs.
From your mystical eyes and your range of studies, you are more of a royal blue/indigo coloured intellectual person, aurically speaking. Safe from red chakra traps any day
But Isolation is not good either, it can cause depression and that is another soul weakener. Your kind should NEVER get depressed. Actually no one should. Your isolation is probably because you dont get to meet too many people with whom you cannot converse the advanced esoteric subjects. IT IS NOT YOUR CHARACTER FLAW. Just the way the world is thats all! More people choosing dumbness than smartness.

Regarding past lives, I myself have awareness of 8 lives in just 100-150 year span. Multiply by the number of years of human civilization. {real one, not the fraudulent 6000 year theory] and it is surely 1500-2000 lives each.

Just have to add that fixation on sexuality is just another transition most young people go through. It is not exclusive to the 8th house, just a universal curiousity. I remember what that is like Ahyhow, once you do it it is sort of like "that's it??!!!" lol the mystique of a great mystery solved.

Anyhow, IQ I agree what much of what you have expressed. I am not too knowledgeable about chakras, will def. look into it more. Sometimes, certain people jsut look for vulnerability to prey off others. Awareness of the self is key to ward off such negativity.

The 12th house isolation is like a double edge sword. It may cut both ways, the choice is left to the individual. I have had long periods of not wanting to be, not feeling a part of this world. It is then that I most reach for metaphysical topics which light in me the desire to once again connect with humanity. My biggest blessing/curse is my strong empathy. I wish I would be able to stop suffering and pain in others, but even if I could... that would be messing with free will... Depression, yes a big soul drainer. I haven't gone through long term depression, but I have had drastic/intense moods. The good thing is these moods never last more than an afternoon or so. I have been making a real effort to reach out and connect with people more. I think your advice on the Node is good. I have been channeling my energy into tutoring kids, which is giving me a sense of fulfillment and social connection.

Well maybe. My sun is at the cusp of 12th house and 1st house. I'd always like to interpret it in the 1st house because I've sun, mercury, venus, saturn, uranus, neptune, ascendant (duh ), true-node. But its actually in the 12th house, just 1 degrees difference, and both are valid (though I find sun in 12th house more valid). My sun is hidden, and I'm extremely withdrawn (not anti-social though) and I've a very very rich dream-world. I think I've been having that since when I was a kid and I like mystical stuff and I stay at the background and think a lot about life and etc.

Hi everyone!
I just had a conversation with a friend about this thread.

Me having my cancer sun in the 1st house I said I didn't really mind not being in the spotlight or being upstaged.
She responded saying "you are such a narcissist you wouldnt even notice if someone upstaged you, you think the spotlight is always on you"
LOL I thought it was funny, and gave me something to think about.

Hi to all ye beautiful goddesses,
Planet_Soul, that is a wonderful post from you. I am so happy that you have posted it. Tutoring children is a reward in itself. Linda was so right about the free thinking of children. Today I just asked two normally shy and quiet children to speak, whatever they wanted to. Such surprising insights they come up with. One said he felt that black and white movies depressed him because he feels the world itself was like that in that period and suddenly everyone got themselves painted. The other one immediately said that "it certainly cannot be paint. Maybe we all merged with the rainbow and allowed its light to colour us". Philosophy from the mouth of babes can be very insightful

MNF, you have the right attitude, celebrating the sexual energy in the right channels is the sureshot key to success.

Gemini Girl, it is collective consciousness Like attracts like in this Mental Holographic Universe and so many like minds are here. Remember, you were the first to analyze my chart along with Tim, and it is amazing how I got attracted here to learn so much about me from so many selfless individuals.

gemini girl- "i want deep intense relationships i just dont get em" Yup.
Same here! I did read that this placement makes you want to make something where there isn't something because sometimes you yearn so badly for a relationship, you'll kid yourself there's something there when there isn't. This p*ssed me off quite a bit understandably, but sadly I think it's true.

Iqhunk- cool

"The Sun In The Third House

The Sun (to integrate) in The House of Communication and Thinking

You integrate communications, thinking, and relationships (often logical relationships) in order to impress others. You are full of vitality in terms of communication, and you make small changes, or go here and there in order to communicate and gain information. You may be involved in teaching, or passing on information."

www.trans4mind.com/personal_development/astrology/LearningAstrology/housesSun.htm

"Sun in Third House

This placement denotes a drive for power in matters regarding mental or analytical accomplishment. It might be said that this placement actually compells you to want to learn and to broadly expand your understanding of many varied subjects.

Accordingly, you are likely to remain involved in continuing education and mental development for many years, if not for your entire life. Travel and study are strongly marked in your nature, and you may become a little impatient if you can't move about freely and receive a constant flow of mental stimulation. This placement produces teachers, writers or persons some way involved with enterprises disseminating information. You always communicate so well that you are one of those people who has a faculty for saying the right thing, at the right time. The ability to express ideas effectively is always important to you. You seem to remain ever optimistic, even when things don't go your way. Do be cautious of becoming intellectually over-confident, as it is easy for one with this position to fall into a pattern of intellectual arrogance, especially when dealing with those less well informed."

Yes Yang - My Moon in my 3rd House has the same effect for me as a writer. But it also makes me want to analyze and articulate the way I feel. Or in fiction, I'll get inspired by something, it is intensified and more memorable because it filters through my Cancer Moon first, and then I have to sort of make sense of all that.

I've always enjoyed studying about other cultures, when I was young wanted to write for National Geographic, type thing. But the travel aspect I think is influenced by my Jupiter & Saturn in Capricorn in the 9th House of travel & higher learning. Cuz almost all the other influences are more domestic or introspective, like Virgo & Scorpio influences, and 4th & 6th House influences.

[/B]The Sun In The Twelfth House[/B]
The Sun (to integrate) in the House of Ends

You integrate through behind the scenes activities and through service. You may do things not so much for yourself, but in the service of a higher power, which could be God, some ideal, or for powerful authorities. It could also be the unconscious mind.

You tend to be a backroom person (even if you are a president) and may be involved in research, especially secret research. You may be involved in schools, churches, hospitals, prisons, etc. That is, you may be involved in institutions which claim to serve, rather than to seek their own interest, such as the United Nations, nationalised industries, or any large organisation which has become bureaucratic.

This placement denotes a private drive for self-perfection. You are one who will seldom receive full recognition for your efforts and accomplishments, but you easily accept roles of relative obscurity. You are somewhat introverted and love the peace and solitude such a situation often affords. If you were left to your own devices and permitted to, you could live a contemplative life. If you display leadership, it will likely be a "behind the scenes" role. Service to others provides you with recognition and fulfillment. Psychology and psychic research may be of considerable interest for you. While there may be indications in other parts of your chart that you need people, you are likely to feel somewhat estranged from others even when in the middle of a group. You need to spend a good deal of time by yourself. You should not be too concerned by feelings of not-belonging, and by failures to mix well with others. Your role may be that of investigation and obtaining understanding, rather than socializing and the attainment of status.
