Is there something in her natal chart, or are there temporary transits triggering personal problems?

You have an "other person" focused chart (all your planets are on the right side of your chart). Currently you have transiting (planets in the sky) Pluto (transformation, also psychology) about to conjunct your Descendant (others). This will entirely transform the way you relate to others and will be VERY stressful, perhaps bringing on psychological challenges. The result will be more power in the way you relate to others, but this power will be "hard won" as you "wrestle" with psychologically "getting yourelf together." Pluto has also been "psychologically transforming" your energy for some time, forching you to face challenging transformational experiences.

At the same time you have transiting Uranus (friends, also restructuring) conjuncting your Midheaven (outer world), forcing you to restructure your approach to the outer world.

So now is both a time of relationship transformation and outer world restructuring. The result will be a stronger you, but it will take awhile for this change to be complete! Hang in there!

Do you perhaps see anything going on inside, any psychological problems? Maybe inner problems that originate and stem from others, or a specific other?

I would say the key to the problems are "psychological" since Pluto also has to do with "psychology". However, we ALL have psychological problems: how we face and transform ourselves as a result of these psychological problems is what matters. I have edited my comments above, adding in psychological references in addition to transformation, since psychology seems to be how you experience Pluto.

As to Chiron, it represents "where you are wounded and need to be healed" and the square indicated "energy which needs to be combined with" something. So part of healing your "wounds" has to do with going through your psychological challenges and coming out empowered and trasformed on the other side...and you can do it!

Ive never met a depressed, life-less, suicidal, and self mutilating Sag before. Even though she's almost tried to take her life on numerous occasions the hospitals and doctors, the system, keep releasing her. She keeps slipping through the cracks. She was sexually abused and raped by her father, but the courts didnt have enough evidence to put him away. Some believe she's making this all up and that she's a compulsive liar who is just depressed for physiological, or other reasons.

look at the Mars/Venus to the outer planets .. those squares ..
to Chiron / node / Saturn / Pluto ..
check out the houses .. signs ..

just noticed something .. not too long untill Jupiter will conjoin her natal Saturn ..
( if those green glyphs are the current transits .. can't open my astro sftwr at moment ..)

anyhow .. all i can say about that one .. is .. when i get the same .. life feels pretty stable ..
somehow ... with a bit of "faith in life" boost .. as it were ..

although in her chart it will square mars as well ( by transit)
in mine it squares natal venus .. when that transit occurs ..

here is the chart of the gal i mentioned ...

i was going to display the transits .. that were on
when she was abused by her stepdad .....
but can't remember if she said she was 12 or 13
when it happened .. .. her mum evidently threatened
her if she were to say anything about it ...
didn't want to lose her partner .....

i think her story was credible ...
one indicator to me was when i brought up the subject
of child abuse (generaly) in front of her parents .....
it was a brief mention ..
but her stepdad body/face language made me think
id hit a nerve ..
was a short moment in time that said a lot ...

another thing that struck me about her mom ..
once when her daughter was ill in hospital ...
her mom could not be bothered about visiting
or even inquiring of her well-being .......
they live 100 yards from that hospital ....
her mom is the type to tell her daughter that she ..
(mom) .. has a terminal illness .. when she hasn't .
simply to get attention .. through guilt manipulation ..
i mean she actualy did that .....
she also used to sell her daughters clothes 'n stuff ..
and use the 'child support' income .. soley to buy alchohol
.. and drugs ..

i just looked at 5 charts of that connected group ...
transit wise .. looks like hell ...
all have currently harsh aspects from ..
chiron/saturn/pluto/lillith ... urns and nept also feature ..

predictions are fairly easy ..
oh look a saturn transit ... mr.xyz .. mmmm ..probably in a jail cell
'n right now i would guess 'weasel' has been causing trouble ...
and is not too far off paying for it ... he gets the Sat transit last ..
i.e. his saturn is just forward of the others ... i watched it before ..
suffice to say .. history will probably repeat itself ...
