What does it mean if you have a grand sextile in a synastry chart? Could this possible mean that person would be your soul mate? Would this be some thing good to have for a marriage?

what are the nature of the planets and houses affected?

It is positive to have aspect formations in synastry.. it points to something 'completed' by the other person's presence in your life. Grand trines/sextiles..
It is helpful though to have some squares and oppositions for interest.. If energy is too easy, it might never get off the ground.

You know the thread started by Mama Mia "who best fits in your mind" well thats where the synastry chart in coming from, the made up guy and me.
For some reason the chart only shows part of the grand sextile but I checked all the aspects (on the additional tables popup) the chart is a true grand sextile (if you coincider the and the AC and DC as a valid points) orbs are all within 5 degrees. There is some serious mojo going on in this chart. My sun trine his pluto, his moon opp my pluto, sun and moon conjuntion, his vertex sextile my chiron just to name a few things. I know I made him up but it would be so wonderful if he were real and we met some day. But I not holding my breath.
Ummm if any one is at all interested in seeing the chart heres the link http://photobucket.com/albums/f227/LissaWolf918/?action=view¤t=synastrygrandsextile.gif
Oh I have another question is a grand sextile as rare in synastry charts as it is in natal charts? I wonder what a relationship made of a grand quintile would be like? hmmmm...

alma,

A "Grand Sextile" is a chart which has 6 interconnected sextile aspects. It is also referred to as the "Star of David". More information available here: http://www.evolvingdoor.ca/glossary/glossary_g.htm

Sextiling,

Tim
