They are careless and noisy and people are usually relieved when they leave.

If you have have a charming personality, with the ability to weave spells and seem mysterious and elusive all at once, then your Moon is in good aspect to Neptune. If you are easily confused and impractical in your notions, if you daydream but rarely try to realize your dreams, if your moral fiber is not all it should be, chances are your Moon adversely aspects Neptune.

it's all relative ... whats 'good' or 'bad' ....
as in ... ' an apparently 'good' aspect or placement ' ..
.. can provide an 'easy' path for a person to go 'downhill'
if faced with a difficult set of circumstances to deal with

or alternatively an aparent 'bad' aspect or placement can
provide a challenge to overcome .. potentialy leaving the
person stronger and wiser having to overcome a 'bad' aspect
in the first place ....

HD very true, I never thought of it that way. Ultimately the good aspects can turn out bad. Oh dear
