I was just wondering if you could tell by looking at someone's chart when and how they will die? Is it possible?

A few years back me and a friend went to see this astrologer/plamist just out of curiosity.He told me to be very careful around water and that there's a possibility that I might have a very serious accident involving water when I reach 28. So my next question: does anybody here had an experience with plamists where things they predicted have come true?
