Is a person's gait determined by the Ascendant or is it more of a Mars thing?

My sister and a good friend of mine both have Sag rising at 22 degrees - they've never met, but they have exactly the same gait.

Any thoughts?

From my experience it is a sun sign thing, I have many Aquas in my life and their gait has alot of presence, I can't quite put my finger on it, but I just know when they are coming, My Cap aquaintences walk very slow, with a kind of hunch to their general energy. My Fish friends, including myself as I have been told, walk quite swimmingly, quite fluidly almost like a dance of life

I'm going to guess Rising Sign.

All the interps. for gaits of Aries say I should walk with my head a few inches forward...yeah...definitely don't do that. I have pretty rigid posture when I walk (Virgo Rising).

I'm going with the Sun Sign simply because my ex Virgo walks like a Virgo, with a slight limp on one side and nothings wrong with him. I walk like a Leo with long, graceful strides like I'm on a runway or something...I can't help it

Pisces Sun/Sagi Asc - I walk fast, in a hurry to reach where I need to reach. While on leisure walks, it is normal slow walk.
(Not sure if I do a swimming gliding walk )

The way one walks is governed by the Moon. Moon in Leo people 'strut' for example. Boris Becker (Scorpio) is an example of this. He has Moon in Leo.

Virgo Sun, Aries Moon, Capricorn Ascendant.

Um... the way I walk doesn't really correspond to any of those... I normally dawdle, unless I'm going to a specific place, then I walk with a purpose, y'know, like stride stride stride, so that applies but it's not very often. I usually try to look cool and fail miserably. I'll always have my hands in my pockets.

The slowest walker I have ever seen is an Aries guy with a Pisces Moon and damn, he could dawdle for Britain!

Yeah, I dawdle too.

Sag sun, Taurus moon, Cap Asc

I'm a lazy walker (Taurus) and I shuffle a lot (Cappy), which invariably leads me to trip over something (Sag).
