I have retrograde Uranus in my 10th house(scorpio).Almost every thing I've read on Uranus in 10th applies to me.(Uranus is ruler of mu second house). I love astrology and I spend and computer, but i'm not planing a career in that area. I would acctually like to try to become a writer. What can I expect with that Uranus doing his thing so strengthly there?IP: Logged |

Nadalie, this may be kind of lame for you to pursue, but I have Uranus 4 degrees from my MC, and I'm in the electrical industry. (Uranus rules electricity, as you may or may not know)Not suggesting that you pursue that feild as well, just expanding the options for you. IP: Logged |

Nadalie-your 10th house Uranus direction may follow MANY paths....a lot will depend on the remainder of your chart if you are looking for ideas! Just looking at one planet alone is not enough to answer your question.Think about what you like and give it a try! With Uranus in 10th, chances are probably pretty good that you will have career changes frequently if you are working for others...so, working for yourself may be the ultimate for you! Nonetheless, you will seek change in your career most likely until you decide what you love best! Do not be afraid of those changes either-they build on one another! If you like to write-great! Ask yourself-Can you pay your bills doing so? Then form your plan from there... Not everyone 'knows' what they want to do for a living...even 20 years later!! Go for something you enjoy and you will be happiest! GemStar IP: Logged |

I have Uranus in the 10th..In Sagitarius. It's soo, so hard. But, I'm 24 now and decided to finally finish college. I don't want to be 30 and still not have my degree. So, I'm going for art. I don't know how much I can make from art. I'm also considerin maybe art history or art teacher. I'm just tired of constantly changing my mind but at least art helps keep my mind relaxed and focused. The other year, I wanted to be a mortician but I found reasons not to pursue that vocation. My friend's in real esate, so I might do art and real esate. And I also taught myself web design. So, I could do real esate as a staple job and do the rest as secondary. IP: Logged |

hey girls- I've Uranus(R)in Sag, I'm so restless when it comes to professions... I'm changing my mind all the time about the career I want to follow....and what I want to do with my life... I totally love Astrology, but I keep it as a hobbie, since I have other duties that I've to finish first... my college degree in international relations- But Astrology is what really makes me happy and what I'd like to do for the rest of my life.

I have Uranus in the 10th also, along with Mars, Pluto and Jupiter all forming a stellium in Virgo. Actually, Uranus is 1 degree Libra, but still in the 10th house.Indecisive and changeable? You bet! On top of Uranus, I also have a Libra Sun/Moon/Mercury..... it's a wonder I can ever make a decision about anything at all! IP: Logged |

Nadalie -My 10th House Cusp (Midheaven or MC) is in Aquarius, and that may have a similar effect. Anyone have any ideas on how Uranus in the 10th would differ from the 10th House Cusp in Aquarius? I'm thinking that for you, your 10th House issues are made more irratic with Uranus there. For me, an MC in Aquarius might speak more to the TYPE of actual career I would like. Anyone have any ideas on that? ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness IP: Logged |
