Just wondered if anyone is familiar with how to do a relocation chart, how you interpret them and if they are helpful. Thanks for any info! Sandra IP: Logged |

You plot your natal chart, but use your new location instead of your birthplace.Lanny IP: Logged |

mysticaldream -Have you tried the "TRAVEL/RELOCATION" feature on astro.com? It's free and interactive, you click on different places on the map. ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness IP: Logged |

You need to calculate the relocated chart using the new Latitude and Longitude coordinates. You would then interpret the relocated chart just as you would the natal chart. They are very helpful!! When I look at natal charts for people that have moved, I only use their relocated charts to interpret transits and progressions. I find the houses are more accurate using the relocated charts. www.astro.com has a relocated chart feature in it's "extended chart selection". At the very bottom of the page you can select to "modify the reference place" and then then erect a "relocation chart" with that reference place. IP: Logged |

I love the travel section of astro.com. I shouldn't be living where I am according to this chart and I know it's right.IP: Logged |

Hi Kat! Me too! According to that site; Montreal or London would be great but Kentucky is far from the best......... I thought it would be better somewhere else. LOL!IP: Logged |
