funkyaquarianpixie unregistered	posted April 19, 2006 06:32 AM i have to stop myself wearing all black cos its pratical and goes with everything (find it absorbs too much energy empathically so needs some colour with it), and my aqua sun loves bright blues, greens and pinks. Mostly im a muted or dark colours kinda lass tho. My progressed asc shifted into libra so the whole style thing has become more of an issue of late. And my mars conj asc is less evident... my hair is longer than it has been in years, and im becoming more tailored looking (albeit on a tight budget, charity shops and my siblings old skinny clothes) My current style is a bit gwen stefani shaped with aqua and hippy punk touches. im an aqua sun, libra moon, virgo rising. gert unregistered	posted April 19, 2006 10:18 AM Hmmmm...I would think that it has more to do with your venus placement doesn't it? I mean the ascendant is how one appears to the world but venus is what one considers fashionable or comfortable? right? So I am guessing the sign as well as the house your venus is in will definately influence your sense of style.I have my venus opposing my ascendant in the seventh house:I read on horoscopechat(before the site started dissappearing before my very eyes) that I have an unpredictable style of dressing.Sometimes I can look stylish and at other times well......you can imagine the picture. I am thinking that because my venus is in Scorpio,appearing sexually attractive is important in everything I wear.When thinking of my clothes I do tend to go for the "enticing" clothes that spell out "bedroom".I've allso noticed that I do attract partners with a certain sex-appeal and "dark" quality who allso wear more or less the same type of clothing(regardless of colours). cancerrg unregistered	posted April 19, 2006 01:25 PM Iwouldn't say about the complete fashion sense but yeah i tend like bright( but within the limits of somberity )colours. i would anyday prefer a light green shirt rather than a black one . actually i hate black ( wore it just once ) . its not that i dont like dark , i do tend to choose maroon sweaters or navy blue . and my asc. is aries . I have two fashion statements: 1. The conservative work clothes - dark pants, button down shirts, basic sweaters, comfortable shoes. 2. The poetic gothy clothes: Long, dark dresses, corsets, big boots. I think both fashion statements are fairly Cancerian. One is poetic and feminine, the other is responsible and conservative. I also have a pair of black bootleg cut jeans that are my favorite Black makes me "feel" thinner. I also like the mocha shades of brown that are so popular now... I've always been partial to White (Virgo) and Red (Aries Moon).... My Dad used to call me"The Bat" when I was in my early 20's... And Scorpio, it'd be dark,intense clothes Leo, dramatic, expensive clothes. I like everything to look balanced and clean and I have a flair for layout and design. An ex boyfriend noted how well dressed I always was... he said "you're always perfectly appropriate... and you're never OBVIOUS... but there's always a hint of naughtiness... like your neckline is a little low or your navel is showing... but never really obvious... never slutty.. just... a little naughty!" LOL!!! In furniture, I tend toward a modern but classic look. Clean lines. Well designed. I also have a first house Pluto. I do wear strong colours... blacks, browns, deep red, blue... For some reason I really hate the colour purple. I NEVER, EVER, EVER wear it... nor do I really own anything in lilac or any shade or purple. (I just noticed this whole forum is purple... lol... ooops... sorry... never really noticed before!) IP: Logged

I like to contrast colors. On a typical day, I like wearing something like plaid pants (red, black, white), blue shirt with a red polo over it, and black flip-flops (because black goes with everything). Then I'll wear my hemp necklace with a Sun pendant on it. It has celtic knots in the middle. And occasionally my glasses. Sometimes I opt not to wear them. IP: Logged
double trouble gemini unregistered	posted April 20, 2006 06:01 PM hi, i have virgo rising and i cannot wear any color except black!! its been years and everyone teases me abt it but i just dont feel confident in any other color... i have tried breaking this rut, i had got my self a lot of diffren colors to make my wardrobe more intresting but i ended up giving all of it away.. i really love black and after black comes navy blue n maroon. u can never find me in a light shade of any color...its just not me! I like dark colors - most of my clothes are black, navy, red, brown...etc... but I will throw on a pastel once in a while. I like dark clothes and classic styles because they stay in style for a long while. One the the BIGGEST deciding factors for me is that the clothes fit right - meaning, I can still move freely in them without feeling cramped by the end of the day. I hate tight fitting clothes - but I like "well" fitting clothes". IP: Logged

I lean toward very girly clothing, I love Victorian style clothes but I also like dark colors. I love lace, bows, pink. But, in contrast, I usually wear plain clothes like a long sleeve shirt with a t-shirt over and a pair of jeans with my black and pink Vans. That's because I have a problem with always being cold, so I layer a lot. So, that really affects what I wear. IP: Logged

I wear a lot of pink (but not a hot pink, a lighter pink) and a lot of jeans. and I wear a lot of different shades of blue too. And I love to wear earrings and I always wear a little bit of lip gloss (but not too much).
